    Im sorry to have to write this review, however, it is definitely necessary. I will try to make it short. I contacted *** in March of 2025. He came. Said my door would be perfect and I would receive in 2 to 3 weeks. In short, after a series of his getting the door, and all the problems that he had with the vendor, tariffs, me pulling on the door onceand a million phone calls and texts that werent answered, I finally got the door on August 14. I paid him $840 with reservation because he told me I didnt know how to pull the retractable door closed.i thought this doesnt look right but I was so happy to finally get a door that I said to myself that it will be ok.. Well, I used the door twice only to find out that the screen was defective and the door was lopsided going into the wall. When the wind blew, the screen came out of the track. I called and I texted many times to tell him I wanted to talk, or my money back. To no avail. No return calls. So Im stuck with a lousy door, from a *************. I never put a bad review out on anyone, but *** tried and I guess he knew he failed cause he wont call me back.Thats not how you run a company. ****** down for this company and ***.

    I had a screen door installed and the lock suddenly stopped functioning. I have been calling and calling the **************** to get some assistance with this and I cant get anyone on the phone. No one picks up and no one returns my calls. I was texted by someone who asked about my issue and they have repeatedly stated my message has been passed on and my request has been marked as urgent. Still no contact! I called the Vero Beach office and they picked up immediately and stated they would pass my message on. Still no response from the ****************! I also need two screen doors for my balconies but I certainly wont be hiring this company for this. They clearly dont stand by their work and the customer service is horrible.
