Leonardo Alvarez faces series of felony charges in Palm Beach County, civil suit in Broward CountyLeonardo Alvarez, owner of Florida's Construction Star was arrested by Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office and charged with Felony Grand Theft in connection with an unfinished pool construction job in which he is accused of taking deposit money and performing no work.
