      This class action admin is sloppy, disorganized and never answers its phones. As with all the other complaints here that have gone unanswered I also have a problem with this company in reissuing a settlement check. For ************************* Box Classification Claim # ******** I never got my original check. I spent 5 months chasing the lady **** from June 2022 to Dec 2022. They reissued a with 30 days to deposit, good until Nov 28, 2022, the check was for $20, I got it Nov 26, 2022. I deposited it on Nov 28, 2022 and it bounced. Where I incurred a $45 bank NSP fee. First, there was not enough time to get the check and actually deposit, second they didn't give any days for the check to clear after being deposited on Nov 28, 2022. Then after all that they ignored me and blamed me.

      We have followed protocol with all settlements as required. A check was reissued on October 28th per the claimant's request from September. with a deadline of November 28, 2022; which the claimant failed to do and admitted to such in their written communications. Any attempts to cash outside of that date is not within our control. We are not liable to any costs incurred to claimants for cashing settlement checks past the deadline. A copy of our communications with the claimant is attached for review.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Wow what a cheap and irresponsible Administrator.  I DEPOSITED THE CHECK  EXACTLY ON THE DEADLINE NOV 28TH AND IT STILL BOUNCED. On the *** it shows it was deposited on Nov 28, 2022. WHAT THE **** IS THAT. ON THE DEADLINE MEANS ON THE DEADLINE WHAT DO YOU NOT COMPREHEND ABOUT THAT. THAT MEANS I DID WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO.  LOOK AT THE ALL THE COMPLAINTS YOU HAVE ****, ALL THE COMPLAINTS LODGED AGAINST YOUR COMPANY ARE FOR THE SAME EXACT THING you keep scamming claimants out of their settlement money  YOU ARE TOTALLY DISORGANIZED, NOT ONE TIME HAS YOU COMPANY ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE ******  This is the first BBB complaint your reckless company answered because I forced BBB to hammer you guys because you are running a reckless and disorganized businesses that are damaging claimants. Ironically there should be a class action lawsuit filed against your company for damaging users repeatedly. I met the deadline, end of story. I told you what I need to resolve this. Resolve or I will get the state attorney office involved next, there is enough of a pattern just off the BBB complaints to open an investigation against your rough company.

      This is regarding the pocket hose settlement. my claim id is ******** The administrator for the settlement was asked to reissue my check and said they reissued to updated address but it has not come through . I asked for proof or tracking number and none was provided. I told them in timely manner to send it again because they had no proof it was sent correctly to updated address but they refuse to correct the problem , hence i am filing a complaint with this agency

      I did not receive my settlement payment after i moved from my claim filing address Have asked the digital settement admin to send my check to updated address but have not hears anything from them. please have your team speak with them to send my settlement payment

      This is for pocket hose settlement and my claim id is ******** . Class Admin has filed to reissue my check after being contacted in timely manner regarding the failure of digital payment. Class admin in unresponsive to any messages sent with regards to the matter. Please investigate

      This is regarding the Ultrasonic Pest Repeller Settlement (claim # ********). I have not yet received this settlement payment and asked the team to reissue my check back in April/May 2021. They never reissued my check and never responded after contacting them multiple times through the contact us form. This is clear issue from class admin to prevent claimants from receiving their check
