I brought an auto protection plan from National Car Cure back in 2022. They send me a card with the wrong vin number. When I try to call them back. I was getting the running around. After they took my money. When I went to get my car fix, they also give the mechanic the run around also. They were very unprofessional. I feel that I did not get what I paid for. I brought the diamond packet. I will like a refund back.

My 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe left me stranded coming home from work on the evening of 7/6/24. I tried to contact Sunpath Claims to get assistance, but their only accessable from Monday-Friday weekdays only. I called their roadside on Sunday 7/7/24 to get vehicle towed to repair facility. I ended up towing my Tahoe that same day Sunday 7/7/24 morning after attending 10a.m. mass at ************************************. I dropped off the keys in night drop box at ****** of ********** having informed my advisor ******************************* who has helped me before on prior history repair work on my 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe. ******* wrote up a repair ticket first thing on Monday 7/8/24 per not being open on the weekends when my Tahoe broke down. I noticed that my Warranty ID card showed that it was to expire on 7/7/24, but since my 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe broke down on Saturday 7/6/24 I didn't doubt anything but rather thanked God! Well, as you may be guessing the warranty department after misleading me and asking for my two years of service records with details delaying the process ended up denying the claim. This denial came about after I supplied them with all the correct documentation and including them sending out an inspector to ****** of ********** verifying the claim findings by the dealership service department. They ended up making me wait another week until 8/8/24 only to deny the claim per supposed expired policy, which is completely breach of contract per my breakdown occurring on the 7/6/24 Saturday evening coming home from work! Please help this integrity filled Marine Sgt.-Veteran because I can't and will not believe we do our part for our country only to be mislead or taken advantage of by these types of money thieving companies?

The National Car Cure continuously gave me the run around and the staff are extremely rude. Purchased an Extended Warranty with National Car Cure for my personal vehicle in October 2020. In March 2024, when my vehicle was diagnosed with drive train issues (torch converter) and parts needed to be replaced. A claim was filed with the National Car Cure for processing and denied. National Car Cure stated the claim was denied, due to the vehicle being driven less than a mile from the moment and issue was noticed (not diagnosed) and not towed. While in contact with National Car Cure, Representative **** refused to communicate with me as the policy holder and directed me to have the Maintenance shop (dealership) contact them for the claim to be initiated, submitted and processed. During the multiple conversations the maintenance shop had with ****, **** was rude, refused to provide information, assistance and repeatedly refused to place the maintenance shop in contact with a supervisor by stating no one was available and she would be able to assist. Eventually, the maintenance shop was able to speak with a representative named *******. At which time, ******* requested multiple forms of documentation/information and stated the claim would be processed and nothing else was needed. Each time the National Car Cure was contacted additional documents/information was requested, provided and the claim continued to be denied stating the vehicle was driven after the issue was noticed. My policy was paid in full and didnt expire until October 2024. When I called to cancel the policy, the National Car Cure staff refused to refund me the money and told me there was nothing else that could be done. The National Car Cure not only refused to speak with me as the customer, gave the maintenance shop the run around, and refused to reimburse me for the policy. Even the maintenance shop said the extended warranty was supposed to cover the issue.
