    After a long, hard fought battle, I was finally granted a 100% permanent and total disability rating with the VA, and I have to give all of the credit to Trevor and Gablestone for the relentless pursuit of mission accomplishment. The attention to detail, knowledge of the system, relatability, and encouragement throughout an often discouraging process exceeded every expectation. Thanks to Gablestone, my family will be taken care of in ways that are invaluable for the rest of our lives. Don’t waste your precious time with any of the other organizations out there, this company is the ONLY company I will ever recommend to my fellow brothers and sisters who are looking to maximize their hard earned benefits. Keep fighting the good fight for those of us who are uninformed, and SEMPER FI!

    I would highly recommend ****** and his company. Hes a really knowledgeable guy and knows how to help you get what you want. Really just comes down to you listening to him and executing. ****** helped me get to 100% P&T pretty quick. He knew everything I needed, how I needed to submit it and when. The guys is an overall great person and just wants to help people. Hes also VERY affordable compared to any other company out there. I highly recommend if you need these services you use him!

    Was very knowledgeable I myself worked in the medical field so I had a working knowledge of what to expect for the whole benefits compensation. Upon initial conversation he answered all of my questions, some without even having to be asked. Definitely has a niche for this type of thing. Some people say not to pay for consultant services and go to a VSO for free. However, i disagree he was more dependable than many of the *** agents by far. Even gave me some words of encouragement before my mental health asessement for my VES appointment. He is a stand up guy and fantastic human being based off my interactions with him. Again yes VSO's are free, however most of them have multiple people to attend too as does this business, the difference is Gablstone Optimization will answer day or night. 1000$ + 2500$ at initial rating is nothing compared to a LIFETIME OF BENEFITS people! You can make that money back in no time! BTW I was reffered to this business by a coworker who also got out and got a favorable rating, this man was not afraid to work. Will be reccomending this business to my family and friends that are currently serving in the military

    Without ***** Ops I would never have gotten this process completed. I started my claim through the American Legion and they went radio silent for months. No returned calls, emails etc. I heard of ***** Ops from a fellow vet and he got me in touch with ******. ****** immediately went to work and now I have 100% rating, along with back pay because he was able to help me file before the one year deadline.

    **Warning - STAY AWAY - Scam Company**These recent positive reviews are nothing but a facade. This so-called 'company' (******) is a heartless scammer who preys on veterans, betraying their trust and stealing their hard-earned money. I, too, fell victim to his deceit, paying ****** $1k up front in November 2023, lured by his promises of an easy and quick resolution, with another $2.5k due upon completion. This service was supposed to be valid for two years.After I gathered all my medical records and uploaded them to him, I didn't hear anything for months. ****** ignored all of my texts, calls, and emails. Then, one day, out of the blue, he calls me, again saying how easy my claim would be, emails me a form with a bunch of Internet links, a person's name to see regarding a medical exam, and no other information. No contact information for the person I'm supposed to use for a medical exam. I replied to his email asking for this person's contact info. No response, he ignored me. He also ignored follow-up calls and texts. I don't think this person exists because I couldn't find them through Internet searches.Fast forward to May of 2024, and I decide to call ******'s number one day, and he answers. Amazing! I asked him for 15 minutes if he had time to help explain this form. He says he's busy working at a coffee shop but can talk later. He doesn't call or text back. Several days passed, and I received a text saying he was in the mountains but would call me the next day. He never called me. I sent several more emails, texts, and phone calls, but ****** ignored all. His voicemailbox is now full and no longer accepting any messages.I initiated a chargeback through my credit card for this scam. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this company/****** at all costs. He will steal your money and ghost you.

    I see what my husband struggles with every day, but he is a hard head who has always thought going to the doctor showed weakness, and because of that he did not document many of his injuries. The team at Gablestone were still able to work with him and he is now at a 90% rating.

    Been dealing with them, mostly ******, the entire process which is months long, I've had countless conversations via phone, email, and text I always learn something about my process and I don't have a single thing I can complain about. ****** talks to me like I am the only person he's working with, this man is knowledgeable, professional, and he cares about his fellow vets. I feel like he is a friend I've known my entire life.
