I have never signed up for this site or any promotional emails to be sent to me by Planhub. I have NEVER heard of this company and i receive sometimes 10 emails a day. I clicked the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the emails numerous time and it doesn't do any! Its a scam. I contacted the company and was told they unsubscribed me, but that was a lie.Business Response

************************** sends me unsolicited emails DAILY, they say to reply with the word REMOVE to stop emails but doing so doesnt work (email gets bounced back undelivered). And the link to Unsubscribe leads to a login screen - cannot unsubscribe without creating/logging into an account. I am rejecting this response because:the company's response does not addres the core issue of the complaint which is that the link they included in the repeated emails to unsubscribe did not work, which made it so that I was unable to get them to stop emailing me for several months.
Nor does it address the fact that their emails were all unsolicited from the start.
The email address they said they could not find in their database was never the email address involved to begin with.

I was getting free invites to projects and downloads of plans on my old email . A rep named ***** helped me migrate my settings from my old email to my New email , EXCEPT the setting that gave me free access to download plans . Thats bullying and scummy . Now the app is demanding me to pay money for a subscription to view blueprints when if I never changed my email i would be able to view them for free.Business Response

I can entirely understand how frustrating it can be for this misunderstanding to take place. Please note, the free basic service does come with its limitations. At times, we will provide our free users extended access to help further explore the value of our products. Once the free trial has expired and you are on a basic plan, there is a cost for the upgraded services. We work very diligently to ensure the proper communication goes to our free users when they are on trial via various email campaigns and messaging within your PlanHub account. We include our membership cost on our website and their features and benefits, detailing what is available to users after their free trial has ended and the free basic service begins. I am rejecting this response because: a company who picks and chooses when to give things free ( which was like for 2-4 years ) and then THEIR REPRESENTATIVE makes changes to my account which makes things not free anymore is not legit . The explanation of gives free services to test their products doesnt make sense against a 4 year free service which just happened to end when I wanted to change my email. If you want me to take this post down , I will need a free subscription exactly like my last one for life . This is because you have made it clear that youre not trustworthy by lying in your response . A company who does that on the BBB site , has no integrity.

Wish I could leave a negative review as well. Customer "success" manager was unresponsive and rude. On roughly 90% of projects we tried to bid through PlanHub, the ** that was ultimately awarded the project was not even listed on PlanHub. Therefore we had zero chance of success. On some jobs I could not even submit our bid through the website as the submit button would not work. I requested a cancellation and even offered to get on a call with PlanHub team to express our concerns. The customer "success" manager never setup the call. At this time I requested cancellation and at least a pro-rated refund. Their response was basically too bad, we know our product does not perform as promised, but we are not giving any refund. *** from Planhub first extended an apology to the consumer due to the experience they had with the customer success manager. *** explained that the T&C states that any cancellation request needs to be done 30 days before their renewal so that they are not charged, because Planhub does not initiate refunds. *** stated the consumer's renewal date was 01/15/24, but they requested cancellation in February. This cancellation has been finalized as of February. However, this consumer is ineligible for a refund due to the Terms and Conditions agreed upon.Customer Answer

I have been receiving a mass amount of spam emails from Plan Hub (planhub.com) for over a year. I did not subscribe to any service. I have requested multiple times to be removed from their email list, and it continues to be sent.Business Response

Continual emails from PlanHub after asking to be removed at 6 times, trying unsubscribe at least 12 times. They need to completely remove me from their accounts, which I dont know how I got in there anyway I never filled out anything. After requesting info from their website, I discovered there is no way to unsubscribe from their email communication. The unsubscribe button doesn't work, I tried to call and the message said no one was available to take my call. Previously, about 2 months or so ago, I called and asked they remove me as I wasn't able to do it. They said they would but I still receive emails. Good Morning,We spoke on the phone earlier and I wanted to give an update. I saw there was a ticket regarding a conversation wanting the emails to stop and all notifications were turned off it looks like. This persona did make an account and simply just needed to login and turn them off. I did go and also add them to the Global Unsubscribe list we have as well to ensure nothing more gets sent. In saying this, it can take 24 hours to completely stop if it hasn't already.Thank you for bringing this to my attention, Please let us know if there is anything else.
