  Had Pool *** do a complete resurfacing of my concrete inground pool. Did the 3 weeks of brushing the finish to bring out the color and paying close attention to the water chemistry. Final result is very satisfying. Price with improvement options was very competitive. Explanations of each step was complete. Crews were supervised well. Actual 2 day job occurred over a week to accomplish. All employees and no sub contractors. As they are essentially doing 1 refinishing job a day the level of expertise is there and apparent. No nickel and dime padding. Crews were there bright and early and did a cursory clean up before departing. Satisfied that I chose the right company from several that provided quotes. Hope they are still in business in 20 years when it will be needed to be done again.

  I selected Pool Doctor because of their 42+ years experience, knowing they could handle any situation, along with competitive pricing. Our renovation included waterline tile, multiple mosaics, upgrading pool equipment and refinishing the large deck. Great experience. Called us within a day, fast appointment and they had a large selection to chose from. Kept to the estimated start schedule even during heavy rain season. When Diane called to say they would start. I never expected it to be so fast. I was concerned with the high water table Ben explained how they handle it giving me a great piece of mind. What a phenomenal team Doug & Diane have. Ben and his team did a great job laying out our tile and multiple mosaics. Wow I would have never thought In just three working days we would be filling up our beautiful “new”pool. Highly recommend Pool Doctor to anyone looking for a pool renovation.

  I don't know what prompted the other reviews, but I am very satisfied with the Pool Doctor. They were recommended by a friend of ours. We contacted them and Doug promptly came out and gave us an estimate (the lowest one we got). They started work ten days after we signed the contract and were finished in 3 days. Their crew were very friendly and professional, and did a great job refinishing our pool.

  Pool doctor finished my pool resurface in August after delaying a few weeks, and in the contract it stated that they were going to replace the junction box. Its end of November and still haven't replaced it yet. I call the phone number witch the wife answers, and said leave a number and she will call back. Well in 3 months on numerous time i called she has yet to call me back. Spoke directly to the husband and he assured me it would get done. He gave me 3 different dates and still not done. Wish my wife would have never given them the final payment. Through out the whole ordeal, every time i called and the wife never called back. Had i known this was going to happen i would have hired someone else to do the job .All I want is the junction box replaced as stated on the contract we signed. Also not to mention the the paint on the deck that is pealing. I would not recommend this company to do work on your pool. If all possible get someone else to do the work.

  This was added to the contract for NO Charge. It is a $20.00 piece of plastic which we had a hard time getting. Our supplier was out of this item for several months. it has been taken care of and the deck was given a second coat.

  I would not recommend this company if you care about the work being done within the timeframes they quote nor if you care about having any level of communication from them. Based on the existing reviews I expect I will eventually end up with a some nice work being done but I have no idea when that will be. I signed my contract in April 2022 and was told 6-8 weeks. I understand it is hard to quote a window with variables of a construction job and I understand that we have had 2 hurricanes. What I don't understand is the constant lack of communication. Over these 7 months we will be quoted a timeframe when work will start and then they do not show up. When you call or email it takes 1-2 weeks to get any response. When I most recently did get them on the phone I even expressed my understanding of these variables and asked that they just communicate in some way so we know what to expect. We are now 2 weeks past their last quoted timeframe to work and they are as usual not responding to voicemails or emails. I have a mostly drained green swamp with hundreds of tadpoles growing in my back yard and no idea when they will be coming back. This pattern of no response is consistent, this is 7 months of proven behavior. They keep setting the expectations of arrival and then not meeting it and all I've asked is for some communication and I can't get it.

  The eight week time frame was before we could start. I was told by the customer that he was not in a rush because he is not living in the house. During the process we had 2 hurricanes and I have spoken to the customer, in fact before the first hurricane I spoke with him and told him we would come out and clean up job from blowing debris. I have responded numerous times through email. I received an email from the customer's wife this weekend and responded this morning that we were prepping the pool today to get ready for the resurface. The plan, with good weather is to resurface the pool tomorrow and fill. At that point the job will be complete and the customer will need to start maintaining the pool.

  I hired Doug of Pool Doctor 6 months ago and after giving a down payment then the 1st scheduled payment they have abandoned my property 2 months ago with pavers and debris strewn around my backyard and driveway. My yard is unusable and weeds are growing between the pavers. Doug and Diane do not respond to repeated emails, phone calls or texts and the rare time that they do they make up dates saying when they will "be coming to work". I feel disrespected and I can not appreciate the full use of my home after signing a written contract with them and starting work with Pool Doctor. I am now faced with initiating legal action and finding someone else to complete my pool. This appears to be a common complaint among their customers and It's unbelievable to me that they have stayed in business this long. I would recommend that you stay far away from Pool Doctor of Brevard if you need pool construction in this area.

  Not true we have not abandoned her project. We are waiting for her to let us know if she is doing a screen enclosure. This will determine the size of the footer needed. Once we know the answer then we can proceed with the footer and complete the pavers.
