            I got a letter in the mail today from Fitzwell Propertys. They are want to buy my home, which is not up for sale. They have alot of balls trying to buy my home, which is paid for with alot of sweat and tears. All from working alot of hours and a ton of overtime. But heres the kicker. My house is worth 136,022.00 and they want to buy it for 114,480.00. A difference of 21,542.00. Do they think that i dont know what my home is worth, or are they taking me as a *******. If i operated a company like this ,I would get sued from alot of people. And after I write this complaint here, im going to put a rant up on Facebook, where all my 2000 + friends will be able to see that this sounds like a SCAM to me. They cant even get the price right. This company does not even get 1 star they get a minus score. I had to put one star on to be posted.

We use a proprietary software that pulls from a couple different public data sources for our offer numbers. We can ensure that our business is not a scam by any means, as we primarily focus on properties that need to be rehabbed.
