    My name is REMOVEDVantagePoint Customer ID: REMOVED/REMOVED/2026: Paid $8,400 for VantagePoint Lifetime Package ($8,000 Purchase + $400 Sales Tax). I am filing a complaint and would like the full refund of $8,400.00 from VantagePoint Software.Background:This past holiday ( Nov / Dec ), I saw their numerous ads online promoting its VantagePoint AI as an AI trading technology that has been around since 1991, That its AI has a historical accuracy rate of "up to 84.7%" of being able to predict for the next 1-3 days market direction (ex: forex, stocks / options, courses of which I purchased). I signed up for the 01/07/2026 free online class and that same day their sales agent REMOVEDcalled to discuss their program. REMOVEDsaid that they have a Promo good only for that day on the Lifetime Package otherwise I would have to pay $2,000 each year. REMOVEDNever brought up any recurring charges Nature of the Dispute:1- Included is 4-months of individual coaching on how to use their "predictive" AI; I only received 1 months worth of coaching, I noticed contradictory statements on what he's saying and asked my coach REMOVEDto clarify it, he became rude, defensive and a No call / No show since then with no reply for up to 10 days!. 2- I asked customer service about the status of my coach REMOVED, asked for clarification of what seemed to be contradictory statements about the indicators from my coach and their customer service were of no help and rude. 3- Hidden Fees: I started getting billed monthly for $35 described as To Access Market Data. This was never mentioned by salesperson REMOVED. All customer service said was REMOVEDshould have mentioned it to me 4- VantagePoint changes their answer on what suits them:My coach REMOVEDtold me my Forex coach will be someone else because it's an Advance class. But customer service said that it should be REMOVEDuntil I told them that coach REMOVEDsaid it's not his area They have lost my trust

    I am a full time investor..Yes, it does use Neural networks and Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to predict a 1-3 day forecast. No, it is not accurate enough to say that it will give you a statical edge in the market, outside of conventional indicators that are a fraction of the price if not free by now.. I tried to get help to learn the system more then a dozen of time but if your not purchasing the $5k "new update" every other quarter you aren't important to them. That's the hard core truth. A full Upgrade to just have the current system is over 25k. VP if your reading this please just give me a refund on my money I used for the basic plus package I got tricked into purchasing and keeping.This company is full of lies. I doubt the Mendelsohn family who owns this company still keeps up with customer service but this is a shame. I regret everything I have purchased with them.They host weekly outlook rooms that are basically meant to upsell you and once and while hint very aggressively at certain market moves...Some of the people like REMOVEDfrom options left because of this if I had to guess. These are retired bank traders so its all high level information. REMOVEDis always giving financial advice and because he thinks he wont get in trouble because he's Canadian and doesn't trade on US brokers anymore. Vantagepoint AI work directly with Famous Industry front-runners like REMOVEDwho is directly connected to REMOVED.Something is up with this company and I'm currently looking to seek legal help with a stock (BITF) which was over aggressively offered in this outlook room. This company (BITF) is getting investigated for market manipulation and guess what REMOVEDis recorded live offering this stock and telling people blatantly to buy it. Oh yeah, its a REMOVEDnear where REMOVEDlives. I'm definitely not the only one. There is 100's of people in that chat with 6 figure accounts like myself just being manipulated.
