I ordered perfume from their website, Prada Candy perfume it was about $29 cheaper which should've been a red flag, but they sent me a actually email after the weeks of waiting and only after I sent one inquiring about my order that they ran out and won't have any until the following week. They responded to an email I sent before filing this complaint and said if I returned the items in the original packaging with all tags they would issue a refund. I placed the order and returned it because the items were defective and fake. I sent the items back. Someone from bills was emailing me back and fourth saying they didn't receive the item to check with the post office. I went to the post and got a receipt of delivery to them . Then they stop responding to emails about my return when I sent them proof that they had the items. I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone since December 21st.Business Response

I bought my fianc a jump suit from Bills for Christmas which ended up being too small. So I requested an RMA number which I got and printed out the paper to return the item. I wanted a refund, which I did not get. So Ive been calling and calling with no avail since it always goes to a voicemail. I have also been emailing them left and right with a response saying that my order just says cancelled and to look at my account to see what that means. I didnt creat an account. I checked out through guest account which I emailed them back with no response back about that. I had placed an order with this operation on 10/15/2023 for $331 in **** Hoodie sweatshirts. I thought they were authentic, but they were not. I returned them on 11/03/2023 to a facility in Brooklyn, **. Purchased YSL Homme 3.4 oz bottle. This scam site sent me an email explaining a third party shipped my item. This POS is drop shipping counterfeit products. THEN refuses to refund anything? Seems legit. Unfortunately we have time to make sure everyone knows about this. Report to your local attorney general. Hes possible breaking sanctions by using overseas drop shippers.
