This is by far the worst experience, customer service EVER!! THEY ARE THIEFS! I ordered a transmission for a 1997 **** F250. I was told it would arrive the following week and would receive an email within that same week with my shipping confirmation. Well I never received shipping information nor the transmission. I tried getting ahold of them for 5 days, left numerous voicemails and finally they answered the phone. When I demanded my order be canceled "****" became loud with me questioning why, then started saying the transmission was supposed to be picked up today for shipping. What a coincidence. I then told him sure is funny now you have shipping info when I request a refund. I asked him for the tracking number and he said he don't have it. I am beyond upset with them and demanded my refund. He hung up on me. Then I received 4 calls from a personal cell phone who said his name was "****" . He asked me what was going on I told him I don't have time for all this nonsense I just want my refund. He said the order hadn't shipped yet. I demanded my refund and he tried telling me the are going to deduct almost $500.00 from the refund. I told him I know what they are up to and I will dispute it with my bank. He laughed and said do it, that I will lose and laughed then hung up on me. They are thiefs and taking from us hard working people. I have filed a dispute with my bank.
