      ****** ****** with Sentry Management has been doing a tremendous job to turn the ********************** around in a short period of time after *** ****** retired. She has cleaned up the community to an attractive, safe and enjoyable place to live. Thank you ****** for everything youre doing.

      We have been contacting Sentry Management about our Condo being flooded due to a faulty sprinkler system for over 2 months. Not once have we received an actual response to this. Every time the sprinkler runs, our entire back porch floods. We are also experiencing underground flooding that has seeped into our living room and master bathroom that has caused mold and foundation cracking. We are paying almost $800 a MONTH to this HOA "management company" and I'm not sure what for at this point other than to yell at us about putting a potted plant in front of our house.

      I have been living in my Condo since Feb 7, 1997. I have seen and watched how this company - and the **************************** Manager , give less and less care about us homeowners. I have reported the last maintenance man over and over tried to hit me with his personal truck, she said he wasn't on their time. I've also watch her for OVER 8 months leave our front and back gates OPEN, NOT FIXED! Also the new Security if a freakn JOKE! AND to top this off, she doesn't send out emails NOR put out the community sign in ADVANCE for the MEETINGS! SHE doesn't want any homeowners involved! She wants to make all decisions for our community NO MATTER What we say!SHE IS NOT FOR OUR COMMUNITY!!!

      No communication at all I sent two email for maintenance request got no reply on the first one the second one took over ten days to reply fix the problem myself what I am I paying hoa fee for

      this company mishandled my payments then bills me for a late fee. I rate them below a zero. Just pathetic

      Really bad experience with them. They do not return calls and barely emails. They are not helpful at all. They are sending violations when there is no violation. When asked to remove it after acknowledging their mistake I still get the error in the mail because they have not removed anything. Its pitiful! I need access to speak to someone higher up about this.

      If I could give a zero, I would. They fail to return calls, their system goes down for maintenance a lot, and you email the manager and it's a lost cause. I've asked our HOA to remove them. Worst company I've ever worked with.

      I have been working with Sentry Management for over 10 years and have had nothing but positive and professional experiences with everyone in the company. They are all so nice and willing to help out with every project that we have been involved with. Their expertise and knowledge of property management sets a high standard in the property management industry.

      I really appreciate what the office manager is implementing at Waterside Condominiums in *********.       They ruined our condo community. They do not return calls or messages. They are not honest. They tell you they have taken care of a situation when the have not. Do not trust this company.
