2018: My husband and I bought 2 dogs and paid for service training (roughly $8,000-16,000 for all levels of service training offered- will have to verify with bank statements). We were guaranteed purebred German Shepherds and could purchase AKC papers if we wanted (we didn't at the time). We were also guaranteed to have our dogs full serviced trained but have not been able to get into contact with the breeder/ trainers to finish training. One of our dogs has a severe underbite/ jaw deformity.2024: Not only have they stopped training and returning our calls to resume training, I just performed a *** test on the dogs and my "purebred" ******** is not purebred at all (I have the report from Wisdom Panel). We paid $2662.50 per dog. Attached is the *** report, sales receipts, and we have the bank statements showing the check for training coming in from the bank. They requested we pay cash only but it was too much to pull so we paid half in check and half in cash for training.

Wisdom Panel is not 100% accurate (it is about 93%) upon research of canine genetics any results showing less than 10% is unconcerning when viewing the complexity of canine genetics. Showing 1%, 2%, 3% of other breed variations is not a representation of purchasing anything but a purebreed. In fact, Pure breed is considered anything over 87%. On top of this, these canines were purchased from other reputable breeders with AKC lineage over 5 generations of German Shepherd lineage.

The overbite on ****** is concerning, and we no longer breed this pair of canines.

As far as any calls about training. WE have no messages from ******** or ****** about this training. The landline number is still the same number and perhaps you are calling an old trainer or cell phone number?

    Best regards,

    ******

I am rejecting this response because: this response doesn't resolve any of issues being brought to light. How can one dog be 100% purebred and the other only 90%. Also, lack of response for training doesn't mean they can keep $16,000 and ignore us.

    Sincerely,

06/12/2023 we purchased what we thought was a perfect healthy German ******* from pendragon. who state that they bread their dogs to not have any health issues. On 06/15/2023 we noticed that the dog had a huge lump of fluid on the left elbow and a smaller one on the right elbow. We contacted Pendragon who set up a doctors visit with their vet. But in the mean time we noticed that she has SEVERE PTSD apparently their land is next to a blueberry farm which they use AIR HORNS of such to get rid of birds, so not only does she have separation anxiety at 10 months old we have to watch what we watch on TV for loud boom noises , thunder storms , vacuums, etc, anything that will cause a loud boom noise. We took her to the vet to come to find out that she has elbow hygroma, we talked to the person that sold us her and they said they would replace her with new puppy and take her back but would not refund and take her back. She has a health issue and by Law the no refund policy is revoked. I DO NOT want another puppy from these people for the fear that I don't know what other health issue I would be getting into. If I bought a brand new appliance, car, home etc and there was an issue with it, I would expect for them to be voided and my money returned and move on. All I am asking is to give me a refund and take her back or since she has health issues and I am going to have to make sure she is fixed for the rest of her life then I want half of the money that was spent on her and I want my refund for the vet bill since it should had been on their dime not mine.I want **** and return her or **** and I keep her plus the 50 I spent at the vet that was not my responsibility. BY all means I DO NOT want any puppy in exchange for her.
