  These guys came out two different times for me. Once to fix my heating and today they came to fix my AC. They worked with my low budget and really helped me out. Thank you so much *** and ***** from RADCO !!!!?????

  I needed my air conditioner fixed it was extremely hot in my house. i had used radco for my appliances in the past so i called and asked if they did air conditioning as well. they said they do. this company has been in buisiness for over 40 years and has always treated me right. as a repeat customer they came right out and figured out the problem right away. they were able to fix the system the same day. their prices are reasonable, and they are very prompt with their service. *** and ***** have always treated me with respect and explain all work that needs to be done. they are very knowledgeable. i am a senior citizen and they always take care of me. i highly reccomend this company for any appliance or air conditioning repairs.

  Having been customers of RADCO Refrigeration and Appliances, Inc for almost a year excellent service has been provided when we need advice and/or repairs. The best approach we have liked is usually we have Rob, the owner and Keith as our contacts. Keith explains in depth the issue with a service problem and takes all the time needed to explain the fix, very knowledgeable and personable. Neither Rob nor Keith will try to sell any part that is not needed at the moment but letting one know in time the will be needed. Very awesome service, dependable employees including all the personnel in the office and the workers helping the customers and solving problems. 5 STARS OUT OF 5! Thank You, RADCO! Donald M********

  *********** were very helpful and did a great job with my ac blower replacement. They were prompt and professional. Cleaned ductwork to aid in the air quality of my ac system. Reminder - maintenance is critical! ************

  Buyer beware! When we first hired this company, we read the reviews and took them with a grain of salt. We decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, this company's promises are are BS! They like to push new products on the customer while not living up to their promises. In 2022 we signed a three year contract. They are now claiming, we didn't pay for the three year contract which is another BS story. They were required to complete certain tasks each time. It was our responsibility to call them and schedule appts. Which we did. We are one year into the contract and Radco failed to complete the tasks on the check list which resulted in major damage to our flooring. A build ** in the line that was part of their maintenance agreement. was not flushed out resulting in our damaged floor. Today they want to wordsmith the agreement to meet their lack of performance and are refusing any responsibility or sending someone out to inspect your claims. We want our money back!
