      ******* ***************************** bought Central Window during a window job they were doing for **.******* ***************************** took over the job and I have continued to call them for service on a broken window and they tell me they will not help me.

      Central window was a company that I purchased the assets of five years ago. They were run as a separate company, incorporated with the state as a separate entity and have no affiliation with FWD nor do we share resources or customers between the two.

      The customer is misrepresenting the facts and in fact in the latest complaint claims that because FWD purchased Central (not accurate) we are not responsible for her product.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      If this is the case how come your emails ************************************************ are who we dealt with when ******* Window and Door took over and **** the Gen *** who moved from ** told ** that he was hired to close down Central and handle all things through FWD. So you are part of Central Window and you finishing the work from Central Window on our job is all connected.  ******* Window and Door is a joke and you should have taken care of the customers.  

      Do not worry I went around you and had EAS give us the sash to install since you had no part of helping a many year client.  You should be paying for the installation.

      I had a door installed incorrectly that I purchased from them. This was done more than 2 months ago. I have called their offices repeatedly over the past 8-9 weeks, and at no time has anyone ever gotten back to me in any fashion. They have all my money, but they refuse to answer me and are hiding from me and won't get back to me and won't send someone out here to fix the problem.This immature, evasive behavior is disappointing and distressful to me, and they are veering into the territory of fraud. i want them to call me and send someone out immediately to meet with me.

      I have a proposal from this company. I put a down payment of ****. I cannot reach them. They have apparently merged with .******* Window and Door. I have called numerous times with numerous numbers and keep getting another recording, NO ONE answers. Proposal is ***** for *******. HELP.
