"My home was hit with a tornado October of 2024, I believed my reroof project was completed correctly in November of 2024, it was more expensive than quoted but not crazy. However, in August of 2025 I began working with the My Safe Florida program (State run program to help individuals with making their homes hurricane ready and lowering their insurance premiums), and their inspector informed me that 2 of the hurricane straps that I paid extra to have installed were installed incorrectly." ...
