    Vendor was hired for pest control inside and out. Paid 6 mths in advance as required for my home and a neighbors I am watching for 6 mths. I have the key to access neighbors home. Vendor was unable to make her schedule work with my schedule to service indoor for both homes and said she wld not bow down to accommodate my schedule. Well if she cld not work with my schedule to be home to let her inside both homes for service then this definitely Wld not work. She suggested we cancel service. I agreed and she refund 3 of the 4 services prepaid remaining shorting me $30. For the other home she shorted $60. I have contacted her to refund the $90 balance. I am requesting the $90 refund immediately for services not completed. This really is taking advantage of the elderly and not legal. There was no written contract. Had she told me that she cld not accommodate my schedule, would not and her time in my area was limited, I would have never used her service. Please be sure to discuss her services and schedule before paying for future 6 mth services in advance. I Wld suggest to use a bigger company with more than one employee and that has schedule flexibility.

    I have attached an email from my neighbor(***************************) disputing the amount she was sent back via **** by Clover also.

    I (*****************************) was shorted $30 and have not cashed the original check for $90 yet.  Waiting for the remaining $30.

    There was no contract nor indication of extra charges should this service be cancelled at any time.  After 2 services we both had bugs and Clover Pest cancelled services as she was unable to service our accounts due to her schedule and not working with her customers busy schedule.

    If anything else is required please advise.

    We are looking for a $90 refund due to Clover not being able to provide services that work with customers schedule.
