    On 11/5 i responded to ad for a vehicle that was priced below $42,400. I had an older version of the same car but my paint had faded. I spoke with both the sales person, sales manager and finance person. I explained to all of them that I was disabled and hadn't worked since 2015. I was forced into an early retirement/sabbatical. I couldn't spend more than I already was and that I'd be open of they can make it happen. So they come back with a monthly payment that was $50 less than what I had been paying. I added some extra warranties. Everything seemed fine until I got back to ***************. The price of the car was $9000 more than the advertisement. The payments were $200 more per month. I am also financing this extra $9000. I have requested the documentation explaining the difference. I can't get a sales manager and general manager to return my emails, texts, or calls. I have been sending communications 3-5x weekly. As a result... My credit plummeted because I'm now borrowing more than I have credit. My payments went from $630 to 830/mo. I never would've agreed to any car at this amount. Let alone a **** It's very difficult to drive in car for over 2 hours with my physical issues. I can't keep driving up there. Why can't they send me what this additional $9000 extra starting price is. I feel like I was both gas-lit and had a bait and switch pulled on me. I just received my warranties and missing paperwork a few weeks ago.. They blamed my email as the "common denominator" for the delay. I seem to have finally received all the paperwork minus any information on the $9K. This is for a $74K **** I turn 60 next year. I would NOT put myself into this financial situation if they didn't add this unexplained charge. The dollar amounts are also different on the Buyers Order than they are on the Sales Contract. I can't even sell it because my negative equity went from $0 to -$27,000 in one transaction. I could've bought a brand new 2023 for less w/a lower interest rate.

    I stayed at this camp for a matter of months. When I moved out I took everything with me.When I got my security deposit back It was $75.less than what I should have received. I was charged $75 for hauling stuff that I didn't even leave behind. I have proof of this as I have in my possession the items that they claim had to be hauled away. I have witnesses. I hired movers and they left nothing behind. I was there with them. I called and emailed the office and the owners. The owner will not respond and the office personnel told me that I will not be refunded whatsoever. I was told, (she was yelling), not to call there again. I explained in one of my emails to the owner about how I still have my possessions and there must be a mistake. She still hasn't replied. I talked to other people that stayed there who have been ripped off. One person told me that this company is known for illegal practices. I wish I would have looked at their ratings and reviews before I stayed there. In fact, I didn't know all of this at the time but I suggested this place to another person who was looking for a campground. I regret that now. I even paid for the entire month but left early with everything that I own. I don't even care about the money at this point. I just don't want anyone else to get taken by Vero Beach ****. I'm grateful that I can write reviews like this so other people will be informed about the practices of a company such as this one. I plan on filing a civil suit. I'm just a consumer who wants to get the word out. I want to save other people the trouble and aggravation. I also feel very strongly about warning people who may have their money stolen from them. This is happening two weeks before Christmas. I am a single Mom on disability. I was not expecting to lose money that I could have spent on gifts for my kids. I would never believe this situation if it didn't happen to me. I thank the BBB for being a sounding board for people like me. I know I can sleep at night.
