    The reason for delay in submitting is I originally posed a review to ******* The company had my review, and other low reviews taken down somehow. They also have fake reviews from employees in the company like *************************. Screenshots from their website are attached showing that she works for them, along with her responding to reviews.I chose this company based off positive ****** reviews, and it turns out they are false. I have seen many low reviews for this company also disappear from ******.The professionalism is an issue from quality of their workers, as well as the company owner who claimed the damage was not done by their employees, even though I have picture proof that it was. I had a water heater leak and flood a bedroom, bathroom, and garage. They didn't perform water removal but performed restoration portion. The area they performed work in was less than 800 sqft it took 4 weeks total.I met with **** at my house to walk him through my concerns. He assured me they would take care of it.Then they returned and attempted to fix issues,created more problems over 2 weeks. They set a pipe in the new sink (picture taken & sent to me by the company) shows the lack of professionalism and protection when taking care of customer's home. The final product of my sink is deeply scratched and unrepairable without replacement. The company claimed the scratch occurred from new occupant of the room, yet I had time stamped photos from before they moved in, that it occurred from installation/construction. There was no protecting of my property. The couch was never covered, was used to hold material and was covered in dust like the rest of the room.There was construction dust left in the garage, gaps/damage to new floorboards, floor dirty, damage to a metal doorframe, walls not sanded before being painted, covers not reinstalled over outlets, no door stop installed, missing paint.I have more to say but out of space. I have more pictures that can be provided.

    I am disappointed at the lack of professionalism and quality from this company. This review is so long because I wish I knew what I was getting into when I hired them.The professionalism is an issue from quality of their workers, as well as the owner who claimed the damage was not done by their employees. I had a water heater leak and flood a bedroom, bathroom, and garage. They didn't perform water removal but performed restoration portion. The area they performed work in was less than **** sqft it took 4 weeks total. The first attempt took 2 weeks. Then they returned and attempted to fix issues and created more problems which was another 2 weeks. They set a pipe in the new sink (picture was uploaded by the company themselves) shows the lack of professionalism and protection when taking care of customer's home. The final product of my sink is deeply scratched and unrepairable without replacement. The company claimed the scratch occurred from new occupant of the room, yet I had time stamped photos from before they moved in, that it occurred from installation/construction. The couch was never covered, was used to hold construction material, and was covered in dust like the rest of the room.There was construction dust in the garage (this is exactly how it was left), gaps/damage to new floorboards, how dirty the floor was left, damage to a metal doorframe, walls not sanded before being painted, covers not reinstalled over outlets, no door stop installed.Overall,I will continue to tell people to go to another company not only due to their inability to produce quality work but so they don't have to deal with the unprofessionalism displayed by the workers and owner, Jimi.
