    This company is terrible!!!!!! They installed our system incorrectly when the house was built in 2020. I have had nothing but problems with it since. I just had my system pumped 5 months ago, then they came out and said it was the pump and wires in the tank. Well if you wouldnt put electrical wires in the tank that fills with water I think that would solve that problem..... Anyways here we are again my house is backed up again!!!!!!The owner has contacted me and asked me to send him the receipt from the other company he then proceeded to only refund me $119 and say hes giving us another contract for 2 years at no charge. Well I dont know where his math is but $569-119 is $450. So again I have emailed him and once I told him his offer was unacceptable he has been radio silent. But he has read my text messages and still has not responded to me. Also now one of my tanks are coming out of the ground. But he wont answer his phone to explain that.

    I'm an employee of Beacon Ridge Capital Management. We had over 50 septic tanks installed by Brian Davis over the last 2 years, and dating back to 10/6/23 we have had 20+ instances of tank shortages, sewage issues, and in one case a tank coming out of the ground. Despite numerous attempts by multiple people to contact them they have been unresponsive. This has been ongoing for almost a year and we are on the clock to have these issues remedied under warranty.     I was told by the builder that we were contracted to do this new construction install for that this was not covered by them because the owner did not maintain the property correctly. if this is not how the owner understood the issue please let me know. thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    We have had electrical issues, tanks popping out of the ground, and other septic issues due to faulty installations by Brian Davis septic across multiple addresses. This is not a matter of poor maintenance by the property owner. See attached spreadsheet with the listed addresses and issues that have cost us $26,541.24 thus far.

    Due to my home builder, I was originally contracted with this company. I re-signed my contract with Brian Davis due to I was previously with them and had minor issues with them. I have been back with this company since the beginning of February. I called to have a technician come out, and he came out on 2/13 and stated my septic was fine. 2 days later my septic alarm went off, and I called for another technician to come out. A technician came out a few days later and informed me I needed a pump out. I call almost every other day requesting to speak with a manager/supervisor and each time I am met with, someone will call me later, they are out to lunch or their in a meeting. I have emailed them on several occasions. Stating I no longer want to continue services with them and am requesting a full refund. I have not received any emails in return. I recently called them on 3/6 and was informed the manager would be calling me. It is now 3/8 and i still haven't heard from anyone. I also requested documentation of all my services and the receptions only sent me a couple and not the full. I have signed on with another septic company and their services have been wonderful and they respond within a timely fashion.

    This organization is our Septic *************** that we inherited from our home builder ******* and we've been dealing with them for 16 months. Currently we have a Septic system regenerative blower that's broken ********** bearing has seized up). We called last week and were told a technician would be out the next day. That was a lie, it took multiple calls and a couple days before someone looked at the system. Ultimately, it was decided the blower motor needed to be replaced. The technician told us it would be ordered and that the system should be ok for a week without the blower. We're now at the one week **** since the system originally went down and I can't get anyone to confirm the motor has been ordered or when it will be replaced. They are horrible at returning calls, answering the phone and when they tell you someone is coming out today it never happens and multiple follow-up calls are required to get a response. I just want this company to show some level of competence and responsibility when dealing with us. I've never had such bad service from any organization.
