I was charged three separate times! I didnt order anything and want my account refunded immediately. Two charges for $26.66 and one for $27.11-Business Response

Hello, on 02/04/2025 we received a notice from the BBB of a complaint. This customer did in fact order from ********************** several times. Her recent banking transactions account for the total amount of her two most recent orders; ******** in the amount of $26.66 (one charge as shown on her bank transaction list) and ******* in the amount of $53.77 (Add up the two charges shown on her bank transactions $26.66 + $27.11 = $53.77). She placed these two orders independently. These were not subscription orders, and she does not have a monthly subscription. We have not and did not receive any customer service communication from her regarding her two most recent orders, so they were fulfilled and shipped. Her phone number that she provided to the BBB is missing a digit. I looked up her phone number from her orders and attempted to call her twice to help clarify this with her, prior to responding to this complaint, without making contact. She ordered product, paid for the product, we fulfilled and shipped the product, the product was delivered. Until now, we had no awareness of there being an issue.Initial Complaint

The transaction was on 2/26/2024 I was looking to order was trying to see how much it was going to cost to try this and before I was given a total my card was charged I never had the opportunity to decided if I wanted to spend that much on the product or not. Before you charge my account I have the right to know the amount of the transaction I have emailed them to cancel order to no avail I have tried to call to no answer this is absolutely ridiculousBusiness Response

Tried calling all the contact numbers for customer service numbers no longer in service. Called and emailed 2 days no response received only part of my order. No response.tried to cancel subscription (hopefully) Paid 110 some odd cents .All I want is to receive what I ordered for Christmas presents and my subscription cancelled. I think they deliberately make it so you cant talk to a real person so the company doesnt have to respond to requests for refunds and cancellations . I contacted their support to let them know I never received the package that says was delivered, I contacted ***** and since I am not the person who shipped it they cannot not file a claim only the company that shipped it can file a claim for a lost package. I also told their support this and they told me they are not responsible for a lost package. I find it very odd that they refuse to resend or refund my money to this date they still refuse to reship or refund my order. SO why am I supposed suffer, I have no product and I am out ***** and some change.. This is not in any way the way to run a business. After the email from their support today. I will not accept anything but a FULL REFUND . . This is just terrible, nothing they could say will keep me as a customer. just refund my money no need to contact me ever again except to tell me when my refund will be processed.Business Response

I have two orders that have processed on this website on 1/10/23. I put in my card info and when I clicked on the page to preview I received 2 emails & both were email confirmations.
