In March, 2023 I extended my subscription to the offered streaming service through 2024. Since the service was working ok, in February, 2024 I called and paid to extend my service through 2025. My payment was accepted but my service was never extended. I called ***** about this only to be verbally abused. I then sent my proof of payment to him with a letter noting that if he could be civil I'd be glad to come to his business and discuss this matter with him. I never heard back and my service was never extended.

    Nonsense.
Mr. ****** had subscribed to our service on January 16th 2024. His contract had expired on January 16th this year.
So whatever the issue was, I dont even remember talking to him.
So if he wants to pretend that he waited a whole year to bring this issue up, suuuurrrreeee
And secondly, I retired last year. That means theres no reason to call me. Im done working. There are other people in the organization that he needs to contact and not me.
So if he feels that I wasnt receptive to his bullcrap, thats because Im done dealing with liars and gaslighters.
I would be glad to guide any of the past clients into a right direction, but I am no longer accepting any projects, so listening to BS.
The store was closed last June, and Im on an island time now.
Funny, how the same people that would give me c*** at the store, now want to hound me that I no longer want to work for them.

I am rejecting this response because: It is not accurate. Since my service was not extended to January, 2026 after I had paid by ******** credit card for $160.50 in January, 2024, I sent a letter to ***** including copies of my credit card statements showing proof of payment for service ending both January, 2025 (payment in March, 2023), and extended to January 2026 (the January, 2024 payment), along with an offer to discuss the matter with him in person- but only if he could be civil. I never heard back, and waited until my service was cut off last month before filing this BBB complaint. I still have a copy of the letter I sent to ***** and all of my payment copies, and would still request a refund for the $160.50 I paid for the service that should have been extended from January of 2025 to January of 2026. I realize this is not a great deal of money, but I really don't appreciate being treated dishonestly.

    Sincerely,

    ******* ******

We subscribed to a streaming service paying one year in advance. The service is now only partially working and this company is demanding $50 to validate my service and correct the issue.

    To whom it may concern:

This lady is an entitled lunatic. These are facts. See on the copy of the invoice, on the bottom it says "support option discord chat group"? That is the option that this woman chose instead of phone support, to save money.
Instead of addressing her issue in our chat, she barged into our store, with other customers present and caused a scene. She blamed our IT staff, and I disagreed with that assessment, offering that if can show me in chat where one of our Support Agents didn't help her that I would address it with my staff, but I know my staff and protocol and that just didn't sound credible.Of course she couldn't because it never happened. I gave her her options which some were free and if she needed us to fix whatever was wrong there would be a charge.
She wouldn't accept any suggestions and got belligerent. This lady thought that by causing a scene she would get me to bend, and fawn over her to calm her down.
Sorry, no. I am a professional. People don't need me, they have many other options. But when they want me to do work for them, I expect to be compensated for my time and skill. This woman saves at least $100 a month on her previous tv bill, and couldn't find a kid to fix her device for $25, much less a tech. So my suggestions were not only practical but reasonable.
Instead this unhinged lady started yelling that I rip people off, and that was crossing the line.
At that point I was done, and told her to leave and not to come back. I value my credibility and I am not going to stand for being attacked. She can find someone else to fix her devices for her.
And i would hope that every business owner would be in a position that they don't have to put up with angry, vile, lying people.
And just for the record, no one walked out of the store, and all did business after she left, but she wouldn't want to know what they thought of her. If this lady had a conscience, she would be embarrassed.
