      AC quit working on a holiday weekend Saturday night. Company I have service agreement with couldnt come until Tuesday. Call to Venice Cooling went to emergency oncall tech who arrived within an hour and was here over an hour. Could restart AC but no exact cause was found. AC unit about 14 years old. Knew I needed to replace it but hadnt got quotes yet. Unit will be replaced Thursday morning. Decided to use Venice Cooling because of the 24/7 tech emergency service. ***** even added a booster to help AC restart when he came back today to write up the contract. Decision to use Venice Cooling 100% based on the emergency service.Office staff are very helpful. I have called them several times for clarification of some of the items in the contract. They have been very kind and patient.Since I dont have the new AC yet I cant comment further. So far definitely a 5 star company with 5 star staff!

      We've had two service accounts with Venice Cooling and Heating for 4 years, both business and residential. We've been happy with their service in the past. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend them. We've been good customers, always paid them promptly when renewing our service contracts or for any additional charges. We had a problem with the ** at our business this past Friday afternoon. I called and spoke to a woman who answered the phone and asked if someone could come out to see what the issue was. She mentioned that we no longer had a service contract. She said they'd sent me an email and a letter to our home and business. I was shocked. I told her we never got any letters and I didn't recall an email. I explained again that I was surprised and that I had thought that the contracts would renew unless I cancelled or someone would be contacting me. She said the last service was in January so the contract was due for renewal last month. I was prepared to give her my credit card information to simply renew the contracts but she only gave me the option of paying for the service call or calling someone else. Because we needed ** I agreed to the service call. It turned out to be a very minor thing, a drain. The technician wasn't there long. He emailed a bill afterward. No charge. I planned on calling today, Monday morning to renew the contract and speak to someone else to explain again why we missed the renewal. I then saw that I had a new emailed bill for more than $200. I called and spoke to the same woman. I asked if I could speak to the manager or owner. She said "I'm the manager." I again tried to explain that we never got the letters. I told her I was able to find the email but missed it at the time. I asked her how long we'd been customers and she said since 2019. She was not pleasant. She was not apologetic, or even understanding. She was not someone I care to do business with.************************* Venice

      Sorry to hear that the situation has got to this level, but we tried to reach out multiple times to let you know your agreements were expiring.


      Venice Cooling is a small company and we have over ***** Maintenance Agreement customer, and we try our best to let customers know when their Agreements are expiring.


      In your case we sent emails to you on 5/18/23(that you opened) that your Agreements were expiring and to please renew.  We did not hear back from you so we took the time to mail a letter to you specifically letting you know to contact us for renewal. Both times you failed to take care of the situation in a timely manner.  As far a auto renewing agreement we do not auto renew unless a customer specifically ask us to do that for them, as this has to do with credit card transaction security.


      We feel it was unfair for you to give us a one star rating considering we contacted you of the situation multiple times and you failed to reach back out in ample time to get the agreement renewed, and as of the service call you scheduled it was clear to you did not have an agreement and that was the reason service call/repair bill.  Our office staff try to be understanding of all situations and we feel communication to you was professional, prompt, and respectful.


      Venice Cooing did provide Fast, Same day service in these extreme 94 plus degree  days to get you cooling, and feel the charge was fair for the service we provided.


      We are sorry you failed to ignore our communication and the situation go to this point, and hope you will reconsider doing work with us in the future.

      Had an issue with the AC . Venice dispatched tech who was there in 30 minutes. Brandon was awesome, fixing the glitch quickly and efficiently.

      We had a strange paper noise coming from the ac unit in the garage. They sent a repair person out, he found the loose tape in a moment, retapped the spot and we are quiet again. Nothing is too small for them to willingly respond with commitment to the customer. ********************** is top notch.

      The Service person was prompt on time and did everything that was expected and I was very pleased with his overall manner. I can only recommend Venice Cooling and Heating, it is super.
