    This company has been extremely professional and delivered really great products. In *******, we learned that there are a lot of scammers in the water treatment business. THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST WE FOUND IN THE ***** We spoke directly to the owner and learned what a good human being he is as well. He treats his staff awesome, gives back to the community and is dedicated to delivering quality water products. We love our water softener and reverse osmosis system and the install was a breeze. We highly recommend H2O Heroes to anyone needing help with their water. They are really knowledgable and never pushy. We have recommended this company to many friends who have also had great results.

    Brought the unit paid in full and just continued to have problems ever since. Yes there were agents that came to fix and repair which by the way was part of my warranty at the time. Over all i ended up getting the water system removed because now there is bacteria in my lines which by the way was not there before because my home was brand new. Years has passed and now he states there is bacteria in my lines after all of this time. He states since the systems being removed the regular water will ******* the lines. I also did say i would feel comfortable if the they came and clorined the lines and how much was this service. He basically ignored my response and I have not heard from him since. I've sent this message Oct 5 2023. Now I'm stucked with this issue to even pay more money and I need this done so badly because I have a son that is ****** compromise. This has been very frustrating from the start and I wish I did not purchase this service as I've spent way of **** just for the machine no top of yearly payments for the warranty service. And I have all text messages of every time I've had a problem. I'm super unsatisfied and just disappointed for a company to treat an customer like this.

    We will come and take care of the lines tomorrow if you would like. Yes we have been there numerous times with the same issue. Black stuff coming out of your bathroom sink and build ** in the toilet. It is the only place in the home that there were issues. I gave you multiple options to fix it and you said you wanted the system out because you moved out and didn't want renters to deal with it. Not sure what else we could have done to assist you. We were literally there within 24 hours each and every time you needed or called us and will continue to be for every single customer that needs us.
