- Additional Info:In January 2022, BBB reached out to the business regarding a pattern of complaints received from customers alleging:
deposits are given to hold the unit; they found the unit was not ready to move into by the date given for move-in, and are unable to receive a refund of the deposit.
On March 8, 2022 BBB received a response from the business:
We have had a reduced number of people moving out over the past year or so and a longer time frame to get someone evicted. If we are unable to get someone moved in we refund their hold deposit. We have added a section to our hold deposit agreement that states it could be up to 8 weeks to get a placement into a unit.
