    I went to this oil change store to get my oil changed. Upon leaving, I noticed oily handprints on the interior and exterior of the vehicle. Additionally, the company uses a paint pen to write on the windshield to let the technicians know what service to perform. The technician who was using the pen had to shake it numerous times to get it to work and got paint not just on the windshield where he was writing, but also on the driver's door, driver's window, window trim, and side step. I notified Jiffy Lube and was told that someone would be in touch to resolve the issue. Mr. ****** ***** called me and said that he was the district manager and that he would reimburse me for the price of getting my vehicle cleaned. I provided Mr. ***** with the receipt noting removal of the paint. I have attempted to follow up with Mr. ***** on two additional occasions and he has not responded.
