      "Was told to pay $65 to get my gas turned back on and said it would be turned on within a few hours then after the phone call they called back and said they need ANOTHER $160 in order for my gas to be turned on. Then I was on the phone for 20 mins waiting for a manager who hung up on me as soon as she answered and when called back apparently she was in a meeting and had been for over an hour." ...
