Important information

  • Advertising Review:

In September 2024, BBB contacted the business regarding Motor Vehicle repair licensure with Florida State.

The business indicated they do not offer LP gas repairs, and that they do breaks and bearings on towable rvs only (travel trailers and fifth wheels).

The business advertises "45 point inspections", "preventative maintenance", "brake and bearing service" for "RVs" - Recreational Vehicles -  which can be motorized.

The business did not substantiate that they only repair non-motorized trailers.

To date, BBB could not verify that the business is licensed for Motor Vehicle Repair and LP Gas licensing from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

    BBB Code of Advertising indicates:
    1. Basic Principles of the Code
1.1 The primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast. Upon request, they should present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB.
1.2 Advertisements which are untrue, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, falsely disparaging of competitors, or insincere offers to sell, shall not be used.
1.3 An advertisement as a whole may be misleading by implication, although every sentence separately considered may be literally true.
1.4 Misrepresentation may result not only from direct statements, but by omitting or obscuring a material fact.

    Florida State Statutues:

559.904 Motor vehicle repair shop registration; application; exemption.—(1) Each motor vehicle repair shop engaged or attempting to engage in the business of motor vehicle repair work must register with the department prior to doing business in this state.
