      On December 25, 2024 my family and I decided to book a weekend getaway. I went to *********** and found the Tahitian Resort, I talked it over with my family and booked the reservation and paid for it (*******) I received email confirmations and we planned our flights, rentals cars, etc. February ******* we arrived in *******, got our rental car, and drove to our resort only to find it pitch black and closed. I frantically started trying to get in touch with *********** as well as the Tahitian Resort. I would very much just like a refund as my booking was never fulfilled, the resort should not be accepting reservations and neither should ***********. I have heard nothing back from either party. I have sent messages to booking checking in and email the Tahitian being their phone line is disconnected.

      Made reservations at Tahitian on 3/16/24 for Christmas break. Paid deposit. Hotel closed due to Hurricane and did not return my deposit. Have sent them numerous emails regarding this. Received one back that reservations cancelled and deposit would be returned. No other responses.
