    This business claimed to be able to sell my timeshare weeks and charged me money for that. They have been stringing me along for a year now with no results. They charged thousands of dollars for this.

    5/28/2024 person by name of ***** ****** Inventory Director for Rentals - ******************** contacted me from ***************** stating I had 6 weeks of rental for timeshare in ********, ** for $2,394 up front, and I would receive an offer within 90days but no longer than 180 days, even asked me to sign a RENT YOUR WEEKS OWNER AGREEMENT. I have not received any offers for the timeshare rental as guaranteed

    The promised us that we would get our money back and make much more off the rentals of our timeshare weeks. They sent us requests for timeshare weeks that were in high demand areas for high demand weeks, so of course nothing was available for us to book for them. I don't believe they ever intended in making a successful rental happen. Pretty sure they just take people's money and run.

    I previously filed this complaint with the BBB (#********) in March of 2023. It has been another year and the company still has not provided a refund or delivered the services promised. I paid them $2394 and never received anything from them.

    I was contacted in June 2022 by this company and they were going to rent out my vacation weeks at Spinnaker resorts in *********** via *********************** After receiving my deposit I was unable to reach them and anytime I called they either hung up or I would leave a message and they never called back. The number is now disconnected. Their rating on the BBB site is an F.I did not realize that I could file a complaint with the BBB. Thank you for any help you can give. I can forward a letter from them to your email but I cannot upload it and send it at this time.

    This company made promises to book my getaway vacations as a third party. Each booking would be $1800, thereby making all of my money back and a profit. I called them several months since 10/22/2022, but they were never able to book any dates. When I was contacted to check on the availability, the resorts were always booked. I provided alternate resorts nearby & alternate dates, but never did anything ever pan out. I sent an email & called the company to discuss what was going on with my account and they have now blocked my number. No calls can get through to their company. This is the largest scam I have ever encountered. Is there anything that can the BBB can assist with this case? Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because: ************ no longer communicates with me. They have blocked my telephone number & rejected emails from me. I do not believe anything they are stating at this time. This is a bogus business and I truly believe they have scammed me out of my $2000+ dollars with no return of any rentals. When I have called in the past to indicate that the offers are not with my vacation club and no availability, the answer is always that 'they will broaden the scope' of properties. There has been no success in 18 months. I would prefer that they return the money. Also, please ask them, what happens after 24 months and no success? DO they expect me to just go away with no results. This is not a good business practice at all. I expect a more definitive response with specific time frames please.

    I was told by a representative that they could book my Time Share for others to use and would pay me $1800. I paid them $4,800 April 2023. They stated if they couldn't deliver in 6 months that I would be reimbursed. I have talked to the receptionist about 8 times and nobody returns my calls. I believe the company is operating a scam. I followed their instructions to reply back if an offer was made. After six months I have not heard from them. See attached screen shot.

    I am rejecting this response because:  The last time I heard from this company was on 8/18/23.  Now 6 months later you want to start initiating leads after being report to the BBB.  Unacceptable to me.  My initial payment to BCT was $4200.  I would like a full refund or we can work something out.  I do not want to be in business with a company that's not looking out for MY BEST INTEREST.

    I am filing a complaint against Business Corporate Travel (*******************************************************************************) for fraud and theft. This company called me on 9/26/22, identified on credit card statement as: OWNERS RENTAL TXC ************ **, with an offer to rent 6 weeks of my extra vacations timeshare weeks I had with RCI. For $399 per week (x6=$2394), I had to pay them for access to these weeks, they promised to rent them all out to their business clients within 6 months for a guaranteed $1800 per week, giving me a total of $10,800 in return for the 6 weeks I gave them to use for their now obvious scam operation. After well over a year, I have received absolutely nothing in return. There were a few token "offers" over the many months, none of which came to fruition. When they first called me, they said they represented Wyndham (which owns RCI), so it seemed believable at the time, but in reality, they have no connection whatsoever to Wyndhham or RCI, but they need their patsies like me to pay for and give them my RCI extra vacation weeks for them to use to rent out. They also require me to call RCI to verify availability of the resort, location and week their clients request. Nothing ever panned out with this whole procedure. I am looking to recoup the $2394 I gave them, plus damages. I have emailed them this demand, but now they no longer reply to my emails or phone calls, another red flag that they are a disreputable company dealing in fraud, scam and theft.

Also, it was explained that you do have to verify the availability since we do not take power of attorney and cannot check on your behalf.     I am rejecting this response because:

    BCT has not continually sent offers for me to check availability with RCI. Over the period of 15 months, I have received a total of 4 offers, none of which had availability at the requested resorts/weeks. BCT has not replied to my emails and has not returned phone calls over the past 5 months, and no other offers have been received. They have ghosted me as far as I can tell, and I cannot get in touch with them. They have previously promised several times that better offers will be coming in the next week or so, but none have materialized.

    They took my $2400, back in Oct 2022, guaranteeing to get me $1800 for each of 6 weeks I gave them to rent out. After all this time, I have not received any rental earnings from them whatsoever. Also, they stated in their reply that I understood they did not represent ******* or RCI, yet the person that called me initially said in no uncertain terms he was with *******, and I verified that by asking him if he was calling on behalf of *******, and he said he was.

    I just want to BCT to honor their promise of rental income, or if they refuse to do so, then refund to me the initial investment I provided them.

    This company called and said if we rent out rooms with our timeshare there was a 100% guarantee that corporate businesses would rent the weeks and we would make money. I had to do all the work calling hotels every time ***************". They were either always full and the few times there was an opening there was always an excuse why they couldn't rent it. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down and I want my money back.
