    I had Orange plumbing come visit as all of my sinks and toilets had been ripped out due to a black mold. Problems. And because of the amount of work it had to be split into three visits. Plus I had them install a water heater. I provided them with brand new shut off valves, as the old ones were appearing to be leaking. I got a letter from the water company city of Cocoa stating that I must have some type of water leak. I didn’t want to take chances so I had every single shut off valve replaced as the current ones were the original when the house was built in 1961 on the third visit there was a technician that I had never seen before he installed the toilet in the master bathroom. I showed him the shut off valve to put in. It was right on top of the bathroom sink. He forgot to do it. It’s a simple switch out. I do not have the knowledge or certification to safely do this. Originally I had this scheduled, but had to cancel because I was blinded at my job.. originally I had this scheduled, but had to cancel because I was blinded at my job when I called back in after several months. of various surgeries to my eyesight, I try to reschedule this agreed-upon shut off valve switch out they refused. I have a lot of plumbing work that has yet to be done and if they’re going to continue to be sloppy in their work habits, then I am not going to use them. They had a new team member and he forgot. All I ask is next time they’re in my area they do not have to make a special trip just quickly change out that shut off valve 10 minutes in and out.

    I hired Orange Plumbing to install the highest ADA toilet available and the man in the office stated that would be no problem. They came and installed the chair height toilet which is NOT the highest ADA toilet. When I called and asked why they didn't install the correct one I requested, the man was very rude and said "We installed the one you ordered." This is not correct and is very upsetting as it is for a 91 years old man that need the correct toilet installed without hassle. I was able to hire another local plumber to come and install the 19" toilet like we originally ordered. I paid Orange Plumbing for the wrong toilet that I now can not use. If you need help in your bathroom for ADA issues please save yourself trouble and use another plumber. See the comment below...watch out elderly folks this is not the plumbing service for you.

    Ms. ******** called on 1/3/23 and requested a handicap water closet there was no certain specification of height, our shop tech quoted her for Toto Entrada which is @18" w/seat, which is in the guide lines for being ADA compliant. Orange Plumbing Inc. dispatched a service tech on 1/9/23 to install this w/c. The service tech removed the existing w/c in downstairs bath installed it to a different bathroom upstairs, installed the Toto Entrada in downstairs bathroom. When the service call was completed the service tech received the signatures for the warranty and payment liability on the install. Ms. ******** was not home at time of service so the dispatchers called multiple times for  payment with no response. I, Dawn office manager, called and spoke w/ Ms. ******** for payment on 2/3/23 11:28 am, at this time she never mentioned the water closet was not to her liking & wanting a different w/c she told me that she was inside working and her credit card was in the car and would call me back in a few minutes w/ the card number. No return call. After being late now past 30 days the dispatchers called again with no return call back & I, Dawn, sent out the past due notice w/ the fees, I mailed this out on 28-Feb-23.  After using my ,Dawn, personal cell number Ms. ******** than answered the phone one 3/9/23. This is when she had stated that the Entrada that was provided & installed was not the one she wanted. Ms. ******** never called to our office or when I spoke with her back on 2/3/23 never indicated this was not the water closet she wanted. So on 3/9/23 after speaking with Ms. ******** we told her we would come pick up the water closet she said had removed & put in her garage from another company, the cost of the w/c would have been deducted from the invoice. Once the service tech arrived at her house, she did not answer the door when service tech knocked to pick up the w/c, she then called the office back & paid for the water closet via phone with a credit card @ 4:07pm, I removed all past due fees. If we would have received a call back after the install & many messages and was given the chance to replace the water closet, we could have ordered a different toilet to replace it with this would never have been an issue. Ms. ******** has been a customer of ours since 2014. This is an unfortunate situation that communication was not conveyed and given the chance to correct the issue at the same timeframe of service.
