We used Tri county We Haul in Wildwood. Started out great until we got to our new home. Opened boxes that collapsed, clothes all over, ruined our new floor by rolling follies all through the apt. Broken mirror, stuff lodged in a drawer that could not close, lost crystal lamps broken keyboard, refused to offer us a fair amount, They were even given a generous tip because we only saw damage after they left. When contacted they denied everything. I have PICTURES! Still we got the brush off. Tried to go through insurance but their policy doesn’t cover anything! The worst part was that we asked them not to overstuff boxes. We asked them to please pack the stuff in the drawer in our 600 dollar bureau but they refused. Told us they only pack breakables. The bureau is ruined. I would never advise using this company for ANY SERVICE!Review from Emily C

Expect many incredibly rude people. Dealt with Fred as a pool attendant at the Orange Blossom Country Club and have never been spoken to so disrespectfully and on top of that in front of my 7 year old daughter. Please vet employees properly and ensure they are properly versed in customer service. It was completely uncalled for.Review from Wendi C

We came here last year and did the life style package. It was great. We wanted to go back and buy a place. Glad we didn’t. We decided to go back and do an abnb. Glad we did. Not so great. We wanted the same privileges we had with the life style program so we spent the extra $50 to get what we were told by the people in the sales office would get us into all the pools and golfing. We went to the Nancy ***** pool/ bar with our friend who lives in the villages and this is her favorite place. They checked our IDs and proceeded to kick us out saying we did not have the proper ID. I called the sales office and they blamed it on the **** people saying they will tell you anything to rent there homes. That upset me more than getting kicked out of the pool. I went back to the sales office to get my $50 back and they said it was non refundable. No apology or sorry for the miss understanding. So very disappointed!!! By the way the Nancy ***** pool/ restaurant is old, outdated and very expensive.Review from joe d

DONT COME HERE.....THIS IS RESERVATION OR COMMUNE FOR SENIORS, U STUCK IN MIDDLE FL,LOCALS HATE US, U DEPENDENT ON VILLAGES OWN ALL STORES AND WATER ANDTOO.....BEEN HERE 4MO AND LEAVING
