Had **** ******* who owns ****** **** **** ****** install new batteries in our golf cart. The next day we had same issue with cart. He said he would pick cart up on Tuesday and take to his shop to figure out what was wrong. He said would return cart on Sunday, late. No cart on Sunday, called Monday and Tuesday, no response. Finally on Wednesday his receptionist answered and said he said Thursday or Friday at the latest. No cart returned. My husband called him on Saturday and he said problem was one of new batteries was bad. He would get new battery Monday and put in and return. No golf cart on Monday. Called on Tuesday, said battery guy was not coming till Thursday, but would get it and return late Thursday. No cart on Thursday. Finally cart shows up in our driveway with key in it and battery watering system not installed.Business response
