      MRE Property Management (MRE PM) services were requested and commenced on 03JAN2024. MRE PM placed a tenant in my rental home on a 3-month, extendable to 6-months contract depending on tenants needs. MRE PM agreed to make the monthly services payments to Village Community Development District Utilities, *************, ** (*****)" on the basis that it would be deducted from my monthly rental income along with his 10% management fee. MRE PM was in fact paying the bill initially but, ceased making the payments around 2-months into informing him (~Late March 2024) that I would no longer desire his services and would like to terminate our contract on May 31, 2024. Well, once notified that he would no longer be my property manager, he stopped making the payments to the ***** utility company this is even though he continued to deduct the amount from my rental income! The two months of non-payment equal to $599.39 total. Since the total was deducted from my rental income during the tenants tenure, I wish get refunded by MRE PM today.

      Hello, I know folks that MRE Property Management didn't fulfill their management obligations with their properties as well. Shall I have them report to you as well? again, MRE PM business practice is not ethical and want to prevent others from falling for their rip-off practices, thank you, ***************************
