      Hired ****** ************** who owns and operates Patios Pergolas Plus to install vinyl on the ceiling of my lanai-patio. Paid him $2800. He spent 6 hours on site doing the job. But a few days later a piece of vinyl fell off its bracket and will not stay up. I contacted him about this and sent him a video of the issue. Have placed at least 7 voicemail calls to him regarding the issue over the last 3 weeks. He's not returning the calls. The address on his business card is commercial PO Box rental store called Village ************ in a strip mall, who's address is ************************************************. The employee there says ****** nor his business have had a PO Box there for quite a while and that others who have hired him for services and are trying to track him down have also come there to try to find him as well. For us, It is a simple repair to his work that he needs to do, but he's not returning any phone calls, we have not other way to reach him and this is disappointing, frustrating and a poor way to treat a customer.

      I have contacted *******************************************, to built a aluminum pergola at my house, and we sign a contract with a deposit of $12490 that he cashed the next day, and also he was supposed to finish before Christmas but he never did. Also I have tried to call him several times and texted him too with no response. Its 1/11/2024 and no sign of ****** anywhere, back to the project, he only did the columns and never came back or call back to let me know anything about the project

      He called and said the he is not coming to finish the project and that he is not doing no refund on anything so I will go to the county to file a complaint
