- Additional Info:In April 2017 it has come to BBB's attention that another company is using this business's contact information.
The owner of Rosewood Group Inc informed BBB:
"PLEASE REPORT ANY CONTACT FROM A "JAMES WILLMAN BROKER" TO YOUR POLICE.
This is a case of identity theft of my business and real estate license. I do not sell Time Shares, I sell Warehouses, Business Parks, and Office buildings. I also lease commercial space.
I am very sorry that others are being affected by this fraud activity. I have reported this to the Department of Business and Professional Regulations. Also I have filed this with the Temple Terrace Police department. I am in the process of contacting Florida's State Attorney's office to see if they can help stop this fraud.
The correct address for my business is on Sunbiz.org where my license is filed. Again I am sorry for everyone who has lost money to this man. I have been in this business for 48 years and have never had a blemish on my record. Now I have been reported to Fraud websites, State Attorney office, now the Better Business Bureau. I very much want this man stopped."
