Refund and Exchange Policy

At Pros Onsite Locksmith, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund and exchange policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process while maintaining the highest level of service.

Refund Policy

• Services: Refunds for services are available only in cases where the issue remains unresolved due to a fault on our part. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service date.
• Products: Refunds for defective products are available if reported within 14 days of purchase. The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Exchange Policy

• Defective products can be exchanged for a replacement of equal value within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
• Non-defective products may be exchanged if returned unused, in their original packaging, and within 7 days of purchase. Restocking fees may apply.

Exceptions

• Custom-made keys or programmed key fobs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless proven defective.
• No refunds or exchanges are available for lost or stolen items after service completion.
