    *************************** paychecks were mailed to the address she provided for us in her file.  They were returned by the post office as "Not deliverable - Unable to forward".  We called ****** on three separate occasions and emailed her four times to get a corrected mailing address.  She responded that her address on file was correct to please send them again.  We attempted a second time to mail her checks and they were returned again as "Not Deliverable".  We contacted ****** and told her we are unable to attempt a third time her paychecks will be waiting for her in the office for her to pick up.  She never came to pick them up.  W2s are available as of this past week and is also available for pick up at her local office. 

    UPDATE - We contacted her yesterday 1/30/24.  She would like us to attempt to mail them again as she forgot to include her apartment number to her address on file.  We will attempt one last time to mail her belongings to her after that she will need to pick them up at ************ office as instructed previously.
