On April 5th,2023 late at night was scrolling on my phone, I stopped on many sites, not looking for anything just was in pain and couldn't sleep. I did see this site to it had a picture of Oprah on it. Read it for its funny how much you could lose in weight. If this was the case their would be no overweight people. Moved on from site. It was the next or following day ,checked my account on line at my bank. Checking to see if rent was taking out and phone. I saw this ****** taking out by something I didn't know about. It wasSPRslim gave no other info. So I looked up that on the internet. And it showed the gummy weight lose under quite a few different names. I found a number, I called it *********** and when talking to customer service about how they got my info. She from you and I said no frigging way and I want my money back. I argued with her for she said we'll give you 30 dollars back. Let's just say I was very mad and upset. I live on ssd and have a very serious health issue in which I am in palliative care.i am on very strong options. Just to be able to function. I would never take something advertised on a site. I want to live as long as I can, so I would never take something that could interfere with my medicine. I hate what they have done,called bank and they have stop my debit card and will process a new one. I did not order this product and I can't figure out how they got my information. I did not order from these people. I went by their site read a little and laughed and moved on. That's all I gave you the number I reached them at. **************. On June 16, 2022, I purchased a product from this company under the guise of it being a free trial that required only shipping and handling fees paid. I received the product. Every day I receive 13+ phone calls from them, claiming that I have to settle my account and cancel the monthly subscription that I had supposedly signed up for. The representative that I spoke to was very short with me, came across as rude, and refused to help me to understand what needed settled, as I never signed up for a subscription. I told her atleast 5 times to cancel and I am NOT paying $300. I will NOT give them my credit card information. They also raised their voices with me a number of times, interupted me when I tried to talk, would not listen to me and she even called me a liar. They told me that the call today is the final notice before they "escalate" the issue and continue with the subscription that would be a total of $300/month,. This company claimed to be "XP Company", which does not show any results upon a web search, nor could they provide me with the "terms and conditions" that I apparently agreed to. The phone numbers they called from were all based in *****. They threatened that if I did not settle the account today, it would impact my credit. Thankfully, the card used for the purchase has since been closed due to stolen information.Business Response

The company is Sure Sim Keto (although I can no longer find it). The order information is below. There was a bait and switch on the advertised price and what was charged to my card. I emailed the company to cancel immediately with no response. I called their number and no one answers. There website no longer exists. I believe this is a fraudulent company. I have had the same experience as many of the others. I ordered a "free trial" of keto gummies. I specifically asked how to cancel and the person told me that a sheet will be included that details all the information. When the product arrived, there was nothing in the bag but the product and another bottle, which I did not order. There was even no return address on the package. Shortly thereafter, someone used my credit card to buy something online. My credit card company caught and denied the purchase. Then, they canceled my card against further misuse. Now, I have been getting the same calls as the others from different numbers each time. They threaten to ruin my credit history if I don't pay $119.98 for the gummies and the same amount for the other, forskolyn, which I did not order. They tell me to call ************ right now to talk to their customer service people. I finally told them that I would send a check only for the gummies and they told me that they are an online company and can only accept credit cards or debit cards. They decreased the amount to $71.99 but insisted on a credit card or debit card. I do not want to give my credit card number to these people because I believe they would put other charges on it. They are using high pressure, calling at all hours. The product did not work and I did not have the ability to cancel any charges. Also, they charge excessively. The product only costs $16.95 at Amazon. I believe this company ,in the least, has shoddy business practices.Business Response
