    Hello,I have an issue with the order #******* I placed. I received four of the nine bottles with broken wax seals due to extremely poor packaging. Additionally, there was no notice of the fact that the boxes would be opened and shipped separately. As a result, all nine bottles are considered opened/used, and 4 are considered arrived opened, since there is no evidence that the bottles have always been closed. I am requesting prompt and proper compensation for the open boxes and broken wax seals. I'd like to return the 4 bottles that are no longer wax-sealed. I am appalled that your company would be ship bottles with no wrapping, simply in cardboard. Photos are attached. Your shipping team is directly responsible for this. Please call me at your earliest availability at **************.I have not received any response since I filed an issue Monday.

    BEWARE!!! Wine was delivered and left outside in the sun on a very hot day. I contacted customer service but they were not wiling to do anything about it. I will NEVER use this company again. Be aware that this business does not provide good delivery or customer service.

    Hi ****, thanks for taking the time to leave your candid feedback, we appreciate it greatly. It appears our CX team has been in contact with you. Our last correspondence on Aug 29 at 5:46pm went unanswered: "****, I am sorry was the wine compromised and showing signs of heat damage (seepage or raised corks)? If so please forward a picture showing this. If they are not showing signs of heat damage please try a bottle and let us know." -- in lieu of engaging for an amicable solution, you replied: "Below is the first of my reviews posted regarding my experience with B-21." -- we're still willing to help if you allow us ****. Just reply to our CX with with information requested. Cheers!

    This is baloney, the person who responded to me has no idea what they are talking about as the wine that they shipped improperly does not have corks.

    I wil continue to post reviews cautioning others about the poor service that I received and the lack of B-21's willingness to do anything about it.
