Verizon survey Newer one -sent 2/5/24 I was Mislead in a purchase of an Apple Watch Series 8-I went into this store ( Tarpon Springs Fl Victra verizon vendor-# 63428 hoping to take a look at the watch and see how it would look on my wrist and talk to the rep if it would fit my needs. It was not available to look at so …the representative (***** )said she would order it for me to  preview *I did not approve of a purchase, but apparently this representative proceeded to charge my account with monthly charges, protect program, trade-in device, activation fee, price of  for an iPhone watch series 8  and more! She had indicated to me that it was being sent to the store so  then I could look at it so to come back in 3 days - when…. she would be there.I did not realize this predicament until a half hour later, when I went to the Palm Harbor store Verizon corporate store and spoke to ******* -assist me with pricing -as they had it and I loved it however he  indicated that it ( a purchase)was on the bill And being delivered to my house*!!!! from there …..I spent hours hours!!!hours on the phone even going back to the  Verizon Victra store and addressing this with this representative (*****), She dismissed  this problem completely, and said she could not help me -“call customer service”, which I then proceeded to do while in the store, she replied, by saying” it won’t go to your house. I thought you were here to purchase a watch and not go anywhere else “ !!!!??? !I am still not sure these  charges will not show up on my bill…I am never purchasing an iPad- phone- watch from another Verizon Vendor store.
