  I would not recommend Window Wall to anyone. My experience has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional projects I have ever dealt with. What should have been a straightforward project turned into a five-month ordeal of delays, errors, harassment, and dismissive customer service. Window Wall has shown no accountability for their mistakes, no respect for the customer’s time, and no willingness to make this right. When I expressed my frustration, I was told over and over: “There’s nothing we can do to compensate you. You signed a contract.” This is unacceptable. On top of the repeated delays, incorrect installation, false project completion certificate, I also lost approximately $1,500 in income from the five additional workdays I had to take off to accommodate their mistakes and rescheduled appointments. The burden of these errors should not fall on the customer. Future customers should be aware: once you sign a contract, you may be left with mistakes, delays, harassment from their finance partner, and no recourse for compensation. I regret hiring and paying this company and hope that others are truthfully informed before making their decision. I’ll also add that I was offered $500 as a gag clause to keep my negative experience quiet if I guaranteed them in writing that I would not post my honest review. Clearly I chose to warn others as opposed to being unprofessionally bribed for a minuscule amount of money on my highly priced project. Bad business practices and even worse customer service from management.

  I had my doors ordered on September 2024. The sales person was very polite and informed me that if something goes wrong with the installation or the doors that I would not have to deal with anyone else because everything is done in house. "No Middle Man". Doors were installed in November. Back door was installed incorrectly so they had to reschedule to come back. Front door had some issues with the frame around the glasses were uneven. I contacted WindowWall they came to look at it and said they would get back to me to correct the issue. the back door was fixed and works well. I was informed that the front door was to specs and that they will not do anything. I was informed that I would have to call the company that built the door. After me contacting the company that built the door and the company that put the door together. Yes, there was a company that built the door and another company that receives the parts and buts the door together. It was around June of 2025 when the company that put the door together finally came by to fix the front door. Then in September of 2025 we were pressure washing the house and noticed that water was coming in through the front door. I called WindowWall to come and take a look at it. They had to fix the adjustment because the door was not closing tightly. I am very disappointed with this company because what the salesperson stated is not what they delivered. If not for the foot work that I had to do I would not have had results. Very disappointed.

  For clarity: when an issue arose with your back door, we worked directly with the manufacturer to have it replaced under warranty, and our team reinstalled it successfully. Regarding the front door, we reached out to the manufacturer about your concern with the glass frames, but they confirmed the product was built to specification and not defective. We understand that this was not the resolution you were hoping for, and we regret that it left you dissatisfied.

  
  

  As for the water intrusion noted nearly a year later, please know that doors and windows are not designed to withstand the force of a pressure washer, which can force water past seals and adjustments. That said, our team promptly adjusted the door to ensure it was closing properly once you notified us.

  I have been months for my windows to be installed! Not one phone call about progress or explanation on why its taking so long. I business has not yet been approved by my county, much less permits been pulled! A month ago they blamed the permit issue with county. That they never even pulled.They refuse to give me back my $9000 down payment. As I am very frustrated with the lies!

  WindowWall is one of those companies that immediately gives you peace of mind. Everything about the way they operate feels professional and organized. Theyre upfront about costs, flexible with options, and never make you feel pressured. Its refreshing to see a local, family-owned business that still puts honesty and customer service first.

  I hired Window Wall to put in two windows and front doors, they seem to be reputable
  this was only five months ago.
  I am not happy with my window or my door. It rained heavily and my new window leaked and my front double doors also leaked.
  This was not a big storm.I hope they will fix these problems before the real hurricane season starts. They stated they have a lifetime warranty. We shall see.

  Please Do Not Use this company. They will charm you initially but when things go wrong, they provide every excuse and lie about what they are doing to try and resolve the issue. We moved into the Villages last year and wanted to replace our 20 year old windows. We ordered through Window Wall and they came in 2.5 months to install the windows. Here is where the issues started. 1. They installed the incorrect windows on one side of the front of the house. 3.13.25 2. After many phone calls they eventually agreed to come out and replace the 4 panels that were incorrect. 2 months later they came with 1 panel and it was still incorrect. Meanwhile they want their money and were hounding us for payment even though they had not fished the job at hand. 3. After catching the manager lying to me about dates, financing calls and us being a valued customer I eventually got the BBB involved. Its now June 2nd and we still do not have the correct windows installed. Watch this space for resolution. Again I would not recommend this company.
