"Had someone come fix my window in June they broke the balance in the window said they would come back after work to fix the problem I put my deposit down and paid rest in cash in June come December now they charged my back card 325 saying I did not pay for the window try to call 2 times and talk to the manager she said since I dont have the receipt 7 months ago they will not give my money back"

"I had a question about a company charging in an environmental impact and disposal fee when theyre clearly not disposing of anything and nothing is going to a dump or waste site on their part. The same company then turn around and try to tell me it was for fuel and I said no a disposal fee again is if you throw something away or dispose of something for me, then you can charge the fuel to do that but youre not doing that youre just coming to my place of business and fixing something and leaving so am I right or can they just charge a impact fee and disposal fee and say it was for fuel clearly to me thats not correct."
