The doctor does not answer questions in a timely fashion. It takes over a week to get questions answered about dosing the medicine the pharmacy sends is incorrect. This company is a scam, stay away.Review from Caitlin M

Would give this less than 1 star if possible. This company is a scam. They sent me incorrect medications multiple times, then failed to cancel my subscription after I requested it, and then failed to make it right by issuing me a refund because the medication has already shipped. I can assure you it hasnt shipped. Every shipment I got from them was seriously delayed. They are fraud company overcharging for medication and hoping customers forget about subscriptions. Even if you ask to cancel something will happen and it wont actually cancel. And its never their fault. Stay far away from this horrible company. They wont do anything to make it right and really dont care about anything aside from taking your money.Review from Martine C

Subscription scam company. Force you into bulk payment or subscription. This company does not remind or notify if you forget to request a cancellation to forced subscription--- they just take the money without permission. Unresponsive to any complaint that requires a refund. Very sleezy practice. Despite offering a decent product, they over charge and money grab. NO NO and NO! Avoid this business.

Good Day! Our system makes you acknowledge and notifies you of your enrollment, and your agreement to the renewal process. We also send out a courtesy email 48 hours before processing your renewal, just in case you forgot about it. You may also cancel or postpone your programs right from the email. We are sorry that you did not read the requirements properly, but by no account, did we sign you up for anything that wasn't acknowledged. Please contact our support department to see if we can resolve your issues.Customer Response

I cancelled my subscription before my package was mailed out. I understand that you are technically covered by your policy. I just couldn't afford the package and I was afraid. I did not realize or remember I was under a contract. There's nothing I can do..... I am just sad this happened because I do love your product. I wish I was more important to you as a customer.
