    On August 4, 2024, I emailed Nu Image Medical advising them to cancel all prescription refill. On October 2, 2024, Nu Image Medical shipped and billed me +$1,200 for a refill. I refused their package and returned it to UPS store who in turn returned the unopened package to Nu Image Medical. Now, I'm in a dispute with my credit card and Nu Image over this +$1,200 charge to my credit card account. Their phone is constantly busy, plus you can't leave a message. When I email them and when Citi's credit card company emails them, Nu Image sends a generic or standard email or response. Their response does not address your individual problem or your issue. In Nu Image's literature, it states a doctor will contact you before prescribing any medication. Unfortunately, NO DOCTORS FROM NU IMAGE HAS CONTACTED ME. Is this fraud? Based on my experience, my rating of Nu Image is a fat ZERO instead of one. Your rating scale does not provide an option of ZERO. Please investigate and advise me as to why they will not reverse the +$1,200 charge to my credit card. Is Nu Image Medical a fraudulent medical company who is taking advantage of US customers or consumers?

    As outlined in the policy and reiterated during the onboarding process, once prescription medications leave the pharmacy, they cannot be returned for reimbursement or reuse. This is a strict regulation that ensures the safety and integrity of medications for all patients. Even when medications are unopened or unused, they cannot be restocked or redistributed due to pharmacy regulations.

    Regarding your specific situation, we note that a request for cancellation was made on August 4, 2024. However, the refill processed on October 2, 2024, followed the terms of your treatment plan, which you agreed to during enrollment. This treatment plan was designed to ensure continuity of care and align with your medical needs. Unfortunately, if medications are not started or used as prescribed, we are unable to alter or reverse charges for these reasons alone.

    We understand this situation is upsetting, but our team follows the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of enrollment.     The absolute WORST. They trick you into auto-renewals and you dont even know then they charge you without you knowing. They refuse to refund you. Worst customer service ever. Such a fraud.

    When customers sign up for our service, the terms and conditions, including the subscription and auto-ship policy, are clearly outlined and agreed upon during the sign-up process. Our policy includes sending an email notification 48 hours prior to processing any auto-ship orders, allowing customers ample time to make changes or cancellations if needed.

    Addressing the Email Notification Issue:

    We understand the customers frustration regarding not receiving the 48-hour prior notification email. Our system is designed to send these notifications automatically, but we acknowledge that there may be isolated technical issues or email delivery problems beyond our control.     On the No Refund Policy:

    As per our policy and due to health and safety regulations, once an item has shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded. This policy is communicated at the time of purchase to ensure transparency. While we understand this policy may cause frustration, it is necessary to comply with safety standards.

    The doctor does not answer questions in a timely fashion. It takes over a week to get questions answered about dosing the medicine the pharmacy sends is incorrect. This company is a scam, stay away.

    Would give this less than 1 star if possible. This company is a scam. They sent me incorrect medications multiple times, then failed to cancel my subscription after I requested it, and then failed to make it right by issuing me a refund because the medication has already shipped. I can assure you it hasnt shipped. Every shipment I got from them was seriously delayed. They are fraud company overcharging for medication and hoping customers forget about subscriptions. Even if you ask to cancel something will happen and it wont actually cancel. And its never their fault. Stay far away from this horrible company. They wont do anything to make it right and really dont care about anything aside from taking your money.
