Specifically, consumer complaints allege they were contacted by the business offering to market and rent their timeshare weeks within a set amount of time (i.e. 90 days) for a guaranteed minimum rate (i.e. $1,900/week) to corporate clients. After consumers pay the upfront fee (i.e. $1,800), the business would not follow through with any available rental offers. The business does not respond to any requests for refunds.
