      This Company is a fraudulent property Management and maintenance Company that operates very much like a ponzi scheme. Their employees are not held to any fitness and propriety standards required for competent management . Likewise, as standards of governance are typically filtered down from the top, does not hold himself or his employees to the requirements of their specified roles. I am an owner of a few vacation properties and I hired them to assist me in managing them. Our contract only lasted for a month before I notice several red flags which I will highlight below.1. They lowered the price of my bookings considerably even though they were taking 15% commission and were solely responsible for the fixed cleaning and maintenance fees. This meant that I. the owner was collecting less profit frm guests and still had to give over more in commission to them and more in cleaning fees to them.2.) They require sole control of revenue management. When I advised them of how their pricing was impacting my bottom line, they refused to alter it and sent me intimidating messages that insinuated that if I pressed this issue, that they would cancel our contract.3.) Payments were always delayed and I was never given definite timing on when payments would be issued. I was constantly " begging" for payouts form my bookings and they were always giving em the run around in terms of hen my payments would be sent. 4. Their websites and owners portal software were constantly malfunctioning or down which translated to less transparency. I was seldom made aware of booking activity because the software malfunctioned often and this was even used as a scape goat when I asked for the status of my payment for past bookings.5. The owner never took accountability for issues raised. When I raised a concern about the way a maintenance issue or a guest services related issue was handled , he always pointed me in the direction of an employee who held no real power of authority.

      I booked one of their property's in Tampa for April 21 - 24 reserved through VRBO. During our stay I emailed our host to inform them that we were hearing something that sounded like an animal. When my family brought to my attention I emailed Teal Door contact. They said they would send someone out in the AM. I replied i would reach out in the AM if we still heard it. We did not hear it in the morning and left to spend the entire day at ***** Gardens. They asked if we wanted them to take a look ,we declined as we felt the animal had left and we would let them know if we heard any more. We did also notice the day before we left several holes in the soffit (one big)explaining how possibly one of the many squirrels on the property could have gotten in. A day after our stay I received an email stating an animal we brought had brought fleas into the home, were charged a pest control fee, and per day pet fee. I had asked if they take dogs and was told no which i respected. WE NEVER BROUGHT A DOG I have a ring video as proof that our dog was at home. cameras at property will show we NEVER had a dog there! I have disputed this $188 and am extremely upset and appalled that we are being accused and charged for something we did not do! If there were fleas in that home it is from whatever animal is trapped in the walls. Also none of us had bites or saw fleas . Only no see ums were a pain outside. They wont give us the time of day now. Said even if no animal was brought we were still at fault because of terms .However we noticed those said term are under pets (which we didn't have so pest control doesnt apply anyway)They charged our c card 188 out of damage deposit. We actually left the place cleaner then we found it. With NO damage. We have called and they wont even get staff to look at the cameras where they would see there NEVER was a dog on the property during our stay. This is not about the money for me, but it is about the principle. We had NO pets. Its a scam.

      What an awesome little gem! The teal was in a great location... the house was very clean, and for the few concerns we did have the management team was very quick to respond. The set up of the home from the front gate to the back yard was an awesome ambiance where my friends and I were able to cook good food and enjoy each others company without disturbing the neighbors. The next time I'm in Tampa the teal will be my spot to stay
