  Its been about a year since I purchased my mac from this company, and still no complaints. I was waiting to reserve judgement in case something went wrong after a few months, but now Im comfortable recommending them.

  I discovered this company (well, the mac me an offer division) through SellCell, as they seemed to offer the most for my iPad Pro. Not only was this indeed the case, but I found the entire experience to be incredibly satisfactory. I have not purchased from their macofalltrades.com website, but I would certainly vouch selling to them via mac me an offer.

  Wonderful! Ive been a customer for many years at this point, both of mac of all trades and mac me an offer, and can honestly say Ive never had any major issuesand all minor ones were resolved quickly and efficiently. If youre looking for a trustworthy Apple reseller, Id recommend them wholeheartedly.

  Awesome experience at first. They made it easy to get a quick quote on my Mac, sent me the shipping box. They confirmed condition/value when received and mailed a check. Everything is as you represented! Your payment will be sent within two business days. 34 days after the confirmation email, I had not received payment. I contacted them and they mailed another check.57 days after the confirmation email, I received payment check with wrong name. I contacted them today and am awaiting reply.This delay and the error in the payment process have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the overall experience with Mac of All Trades.

  Hello,

  Taking a look at this ticket, we can confirm that the offer was finalized on March 3rd. The check was sent from our location on March 7th. The customer reported that they did not receive the check by March 20th at 7:19 PM ET. On March 21st at 2:45 PM ET, one of our mac me an offer representatives asked the customer to provide the correct address if it was submitted incorrectly or to allow three weeks for the **** to continue to try to deliver the package. The second option is provided in the case of a delay with **** as we need to void checks if confirmed to be lost.

  The customer replied on April 6th at 6:52 PM ET to advise they have still not received payment. On April 7th at 9:15 AM ET, our mac me an offer representative asked to confirm the address so that we can proceed with the Void and Reissue process. This process was completed on April 13th and the new check was sent. Unfortunately, the check arrived with the incorrect name. We are unsure of how this has happened, but will be taking action to ensure it does not happen again in the future.

  The customer reported this error on April 29th at 12:26 PM ET. We have acknowledged this issue and are currently in the Void and Reissue process to send the customer a corrected check. We will be expediting this check to ensure timely delivery.
