      Account # ***** ****** ***** (my maiden name) now ****** ******* I advised car credit immediately that I had a job change, and could no longer meet the payment for my car to be paid biweekly on a Monday. Instead, I needed it to be on a biweekly basis on Fridays. When advised of the job change, Soledad Ditella the collections coordinator, advised me that they do not offer payment due date changes, and they do not offer refinancing. So I asked why does the phone system state an option for payment arrangements, due date changes, etc, if this is not something they offer? They have also refused a payment arrangement in the past. Soledad proceeded to tell me that she only allows these things for her “good customers” that make their car payments on time. I said ma’am, I have made my payments on time until I had a job change and could no longer make my payments biweekly on a Monday. She also stated she did not like me and this was another reason she was declining my request for a payment due date change. I asked to speak to someone higher than her to resolve this issue since it’s only a 4 day difference and she stated there is no one higher than her. I then proceeded to try to contact the other departments and they confirmed that she would be the highest to speak to. Now when I go to call in on the Friday’s I get paid, she tells me that I have to make a double payment of $570.00, which that would be a full month payment. I advised her I couldn’t do it that way. She stated that’s not my problem and to pay my bills on time and hangs up. Every time I speak to her she is very rude, and doesn’t listen to any of my concerns. She won’t work with me.

      Purchased a vehicle Sept 18, 2023. Sept 22 experienced a hard shift from transmission while driving. Called the dealer as soon as it happened. And sent video to salesperson to forward to manager. Was told to bring vehicle in. Took vehicle in exactly 1 week from date of acquiring. They had the car for 2 days Sept 26, and 27. Was told that they did not find anything wrong with the vehicle. Picked it up Wednesday night the 27th. Friday the 29th of Sept the vehicle does it again. Mind you I have it on video. Immediately sent video to the manager at the location. Called Saturday morning Sept 30. Was told again to bring vehicle in. Not even 2 weeks with vehicle and 2 separate occasions have multiple videos of vehicle hardshifting, not getting anywhere with this car dealer. Vehicle is suppose to have 2yr, 24,000 mile warranty. With a hefty down-payment, multiple videos they just want to have car at their service center to diagnose something that I have and sent to them on video.
