    I bought car from them and they said i had a custom exhaust and intake i was lowered and they said it can be lifted and had some issues they said it is because if the custom job done to but when i went to there suggested mechanic they said i have to replace the suspension all of it and it had been in an accident i asked does the air bags deployed they said no but then the air bag lights came on and the seat belt signal was always on and alot of stuff does not work in the car that was mentioned it worked in there website

    I traded in my ********** Jetta for an ********** in the beginning of February. I had issues with the new car within five minutes of leaving the lot and now I dont drive it. I just want to get rid of the car as soon as possible and move on but they are still are refusing to transfer the title, dodging all communication from me. Its been over a month and a half and they still wont give me the title. The first thing they said is that I need to pay tolls from the last car. They still refused to transfer the title. Then a month or so later they told me I needed to send them and email, sounds really fishy but still sent them the email. Now theyre avoiding all communication from me. All I want is to have the title so I can get rid of it and move on. Im going to be moving soon and Im not taking a car with severe issues with me.

    I purchased a 2014 *** X5 ***************** from this dealership on June 27, 2024. At the time, there was a Collision Avoidance warning on the dash stating that the sensor needed to be cleaned. The salesperson told me that the warning would go away after the sensor was cleaned, and if not, the *** Dealership could clean it or an independent shop could perform the task, but it was not a problem. I drove the vehicle, and there were no other issues. The CARFAX report was clean, with no accidents. So, I drove the vehicle from ***** to ******* in traffic. On Wednesday, July 31st, 2024, I attempted to use the vehicle cruise control, and it stated that because of the vehicle sensor issue, it would not allow the feature to activate.I took the vehicle to *** of *********** on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024, and they informed me that upon further inspection, the vehicle's front bumper was not the *** and showed signs that it was in a front collision avoidance / active cruise control sensor may be damaged and the Bracket that held the sensor was bent to meet the crash bar. They did not want to work on the vehicle any further to avoid any liability issues.I have been trying to contact the dealership manager since August 3rd, 2024, to resolve the situation since this damage was not disclosed to me before I brought the vehicle. However, as of this date, there has been no response and no attempt from the dealership to return my calls.

    Car Choice ***** located on *********** called me a ******.Basically on the CarFax report it says that the car has/had ******* miles. ******* upon receiving the vehicle, it actually had ******* miles. ***** the dealership was using the car as their personal vehicle. Not to mention, I took the car to *** of ***** immediately after purchase. *** tells me that there is oil leaks, radiator issues, the tire/rim itself is bent among other issues which the salesman ****, told me weren't an issue. Bought the car on a Friday, that evening it was at ***. The following Monday (3days later), I was at Car Choice to return the vehicle. I went up there because every time I called they claimed the "manager" wasn't in. The salesman got tired of me calling & called me the n-word. So I had a friend go up there & sure enough, the "manager" was there, he was avoiding me. I did actually speak to the "manager", however he then tried to claim that I was lying about the odometer, (again, I have the Carfax report, picture of odometer & the report from *** of *****). He also tried to claim that what the salesman told me wasn't what he actually said but he wasn't even there. They'll try to talk around you, over ************* you. & When you come to them with a legit concern, they don't care anymore. I can provide **************************** of everything I say. I've since contacted the State ************************* BBB, in addition to leaving this review on ******* I've posted reviews on other sites where they try to sell.******************************* ************

    This is the Car Choice in *****, ** on **** near Hillsborough. So this location and the Hot Wheels location are owned by the same person. When I went through Hot Wheels I dealt with ****** who was amazing. We were so happy that we decided to purchase another vehicle. But they didn't have any bigger vehicles at the time. So ****** recommended **** at Car Choice. I saw a vehicle I liked, but there were some issues. The radio and screen didnt work. There was a little shaking coming from the engine, and i believe the belt was going out. **** said don't worry we would take care of it and that they ordered the screen part for it already and that should fix that. He then said that they would take care of the other issues. A month passed and I kept getting the run around. Finally when I was going to take it in, **** no longer worked there. The owner KG, was nice and said he would still take care of the issue. However, after saying they would change out some parts, the issue was not resolved and no parts were changed. They said they changed some parts but they still couldnt get it to work. I can honestly say that I am disappointed. If I could give the car back I would. I have no radio and no backup camera. Plus the car runs a little rough. They knowingly said they would fix the issues with my car and then said they couldn't fix the radio. And claimed there was no shaking or anything wrong with the vehicle. This place cheats and lies about their vehicles.
