  I received a call 10/28/25 at 2:40pm. A voicemail was left one minute after. It reads: Yeah, hi this is ***** with Euclid solution This That That we have us owed to be able to Frido with an associated address of ************************************************************************************ If this is the right person or perhaps you know how to get in touch with the right person or a representative or beneficiary of theirs please go ahead and feel free to give us a call back at your earliest convenience Call back number is gonna be ************ Again, this is ***** Euclid false solutions thank you and hope you have a great rest your day Roughly transcribed. This message mentions my mother who passed way years ago.This company is a scam and is using my mothers name for this foolishness! I dont want any involvement. I do not wish for any more pathetic attempts at whatever these people are after. I am blocking them and will post a review on ******.

I would like to provide the following factual clarification and context for your records.
  
  1. About Euclid File Solutions
  Euclid File Solutions is a licensed and registered investigative research firm. We are an authorized Claimant Designated Representative (CDR) firm registered with the *****************************. Our business conducts legitimate investigations and claimant outreach regarding unclaimed property accounts, in full compliance with all applicable state laws and privacy regulations.
  As the owner and a licensed Private Investigator in the State of *******, I personally ensure that every outreach attempt adheres to ethical and legal standards. Our representatives only contact individuals when recordssourced from official state unclaimed property databasesindicate a potential connection to dormant or recoverable assets.
  
  2. Nature of the Contact
  The complainant references a voicemail left by one of our outreach representatives, identifying himself as ***** with Euclid Solutions. Based on the content of the message, this was a standard claimant verification call made to confirm the correct contact for an unclaimed property file.
  It appears the individual misunderstood the nature of the contact and assumed fraudulent intent. Importantly, this person is not, and has never been, a client or customer of **********************. No services were offered, no personal data was requested, and no financial transactions were initiated.
  
  3. No Misrepresentation or Improper Conduct
  Our firm does not engage in deceptive, aggressive, or misleading solicitation practices. The contact number referenced *************) is a legitimate Euclid File Solutions business line. The voicemail mentioned was consistent with our standard outreach process and did not request payment, sensitive data, or immediate action.
  We regret that the complainant perceived the call negatively. However, this was a lawful and professional contact attempt consistent with our role as a Georgia-registered CDR firm conducting state-authorized asset recovery research.
  
  4. Clarification and Requested Action
  Given that the complainant is neither a client nor a party with whom we have any business relationship, and given that no service or product was ever rendered, we respectfully request that this complaint be removed or reclassified as Invalid / Not a Customer.
  We take reputational matters seriously and have already ceased all further communication with this individual, in accordance with their request. We maintain extensive documentation verifying our state registration, investigator licensing, and business legitimacy, which we can provide upon request.
